The cat is out of the bag with this fantastic renovated 4th floor end unit condo located in Duneridge Resort! “William the Cat” is a fabulous 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo that features endless views and upgrades.

Located on the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach this property has access to all the wonderful amenities that Duneridge Resort offers, including breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private porch! As you enter this lovely condo, the foyer invites you down the hallway that leads to a spectacular ocean view. A large sliding glass door leads you to the spacious horseshoe balcony and provides endless views of the Atlantic. The deck is the perfect place to relax in the salt air and take in the fresh breeze while sipping your morning coffee. The spacious living area provides two stylish and comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a large dining table for family meals. A galley kitchen gives easy access to the living and dining room, making this space extremely family friendly. Enjoy cooking meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen or have a quiet breakfast in the dining nook.

Just off the living room is the spacious primary suite which is complete with a new king-sized bed and updated bathroom that features a walk-in shower and dual sinks. You will enjoy waking up with the morning sunrise and the fabulous ocean views from your cozy bed. There are two additional guest bedrooms at the front of the condo that overlook the marsh. A queen guest room with a half bathroom makes a wonderful accommodation for guests of any age and the sunset views from this room are breathtaking. Across the hall is a twin bedroom that has two twin sized beds and a shared hallway bathroom.

Grab a poolside lounge chair and enjoy an afternoon in the sun or play a few friendly tennis matches on the community court. A private walkway from the Duneridge Resort leads you to the white sandy beach - arguably one of the most beautiful access points on the island! The secure lobby and community elevator are an added convenience for families.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Assigned covered parking (tandem) for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Mail or Packages being sent to the rental.

The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

    Spent a week in Wrightsville beach. The 3 bedroom condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. Beautiful views from the balcony! Really enjoyed this place. Would stay again. Recommend a beach cart or wagon for the beach. Its a fairly long walk from the fourth floor to get there. Pool was wonderful. Grounds were also gorgeous. Looks just like the pictures and nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Cant wait to come back.

    The condo was well appointed with a terrific layout. Unfortunately, the water from every faucet had a smell of sulfur. We used bottled water to cook, brush our teeth and bathe. Before we left, the bedroom door came off its hinges.

    Very clean and accurately described in the listing. Prime location. The pool was nice and the property was a hit with the whole family. The only thing that was a minor issue if the king bed, it has a big lump in the middle and so it makes both sides of the bed seem like you are leaning downward. Aside from that we would stay again!
