Stunning Oceanfront 3rd Floor Condo with Panoramic Views

I didn’t like the condition of the building or the parking facilities. I did like the security of needing a key for the outside doors. I did like the condo itself. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies.

This condo was really nice. The condo was very clean inside. Kitchen was well stocked, the king bed was very comfortable, and a perfect view from the balcony. We saw dolphins every day. The sunrises were so beautiful! A couple negatives...as we arrived we were informed that the parking gate was broken and wouldn't be fixed while we were there for the week. We were concerned because at night there would be people hanging out along the sidewalk. Also, when we arrived the elevator was broken and didn't get fixed until 4 days later. We were not happy about that as my husband had to lug all of our stuff up the 3 flights of stairs, as I have bad ankles...so it was very hard walking them anytime we went out. The condo itself was beautiful and would recommend it to anyone. We did have a really nice and enjoyable time there!

Helpful information and instructions were given ahead of arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and the Condo was readily prepared. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. My parents enjoyed watching the dolphins and the boardwalk activity from the balcony. Another plus, the walls are very thick and well-insulated, and we could not tell that there were other people in the building. Mosaic Cafe is directly across the street which is another bonus.

We received two FOB’s for beach and elevator entry, also two gate openers. Centrally located, within walking of many restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless, nice balcony to have breakfast and watch the dolphins. Very nice master bathroom. We will definitely book this place again. Margie was very helpful with our reservation. Parking is tight, but we managed with a Honda Pilot.

The ease of having resturants within walking distance and being right on the boardwalk/beach is perfect. The condo is fantastic for a small family. Can't wait for next year.
