Stayed Jul 3, 2025We have rented this facility several times in previous years. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for future visits. I realize it was out of YOUR control, but we were disappointed that the fireworks were cancelled this year and may not be back in coming years.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025No problems! Easy check- in & check out. Our condo had all the things we needed. Comfortable beds, enough room, extra things in case you forgot something for your boat. We used the outdoor community grill & pool. No complaints. Beautiful view of Pelican Bay, & so close to LandShark for fun dining & pool. We used LakeTime RV campground boat launch, super close & EASY launch for our boat. We had a fabulous stay!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Pelican Bay has easy access to multiple restaurants and our preferred cove (Linn Creek) to wakeboard and wakesurf. Property was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake.

Stayed Aug 3, 2023My family and I really enjoyed our trip to the Lake, and our condo was nothing short of fantastic! It was tastefully decorated, had everything we needed and the views of the lake from the balcony and the master bedroom were amazing. The only down side was the pool wasn't available on Sunday, but that was due to a pump issue and was no,one's fault. We would definitely recommend to family and friends, and hope to visit again some day. Thanks Art, and Carrie!
