The kitchen has a table that seats four with a separate coffee bar. There are also 3 kitchen stools for a casual dining option. The home also boasts a formal dining room with a stunning chandelier and beautiful ornate table that seats up to 10 people.

The large family room includes a comfortable leather couch, loveseat, chairs, big smart television, and theater sound system to entertain family and friends. On the other side of the family room is a separate bar area with a gorgeous bar, stools, and glassware. There are also another two chairs across from the bar for additional seating.
