Stunning Harbour Town Penthouse Flat in Sea Pines, Spectacular Location!

The property was beautiful and the location was excellent.

My family and I had an awesome time staying here. Everything was pristine and clean. Location was prime and close to all the retail shops and restaurants. Short walk to the pool! Awesome experience all around! Hilton Head is beautiful and will definitely be back next year and will hope to stay here again!

It was a beautiful place to stay! All of the furniture was clean and new. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable. Our host was a great communicator, too. The thing that stood out the most was the amazing location! We were able to walk to most of the places that we wanted to see in Sea Pines/Harbour Town. We loved eating at Quarterdeck and at the Links without having to get in a car. We stayed during New Year's Eve. This allowed us to watch the (very crowded) golf ball drop at 7pm and we were back in our room by 7:03. If we didn't have this excellent location, we would have been fighting for parking spots and then sitting in traffic.

We loved our accommodations! Great location right in Harbor Town with easy access to golf, pool, tennis, pickleball and the Harbor Town shops and restaurants.The home was lovely, beds were super comfy, kitchen was nicely appointed, in unit laundry, two baths, and two large bedrooms. The owners were super easy to work with and communicated promptly when I had a question. The complex was very quiet despite being in the heart of Harbor Town.

A modern and beautifully decorated penthouse condo in Harbourtown! Amenities and location were fantastic as well. The host was very welcoming and responsive. Would recommend and stay here whenever visiting.

Great area for a fall visit with two couples.

We spent 3 days at this beautiful property. The condo was well furnished and fully stocked for a very pleasant stay. The layout is great for a family or friends gathering and the hosts thought of every detail. Great neighborhood only steps away from the Lighthouse, Harbor, and great restaurants. It was also very easy to go anywhere in Sea Pines or the rest of Hilton Head Island. The hosts communicated with us several times during our stay to make sure our stay was pleasant. We felt well cared for. If you are visiting HHI, 681 Mariner's Way is the place to be!

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs (two couples). It was great to have two primary bedrooms, each with a king size bed.Paul was a wonderful communicator. We would definitely rent his condo again if we are lucky enough to return to Hilton Head.

The property was wonderful and within walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. We loved being in the middle of everything but also able to relax. The owners were wonderful to work with and communication was great! We can’t wait to return!

We just had a fabulous stay at this beautiful suite in Harbor Town- the location and the property is fantastic. It is beautifully decorated and has a nice deck to sit out and get some sun in the morning.There are great stores and restaurants all around you. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again thank you so much.

Beautifully decorated, super clean, ideal location to walk and bike in Sea Pines. Everything you need is on-hand in the kitchen and for the beach. Great communication with the host.I especially appreciated the comfortable bed.

The condo and area were great. The drawback is that there is no dedicated parking for the condos (well 3 spaces for the whole complex) so when you go out anywhere you are stuck searching for a space and walking. The beach trolley wasn't running so unless you drive to the beach, you had no access.

Paul was extremely quick to respond to questions and the entire villa was absolutely perfect. Location is ideal for the golf tournament but also for restaurants and Harbour Town events. We will definitely stay again.

A great 3 day getaway in a perfect place and a wonderful location. The unit is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We were very relaxed and settled right in.

We absolutely loved this rental and the location. We stayed here over New Year’s Eve- with children- and I was worried about it being crowded and loud but even with NYE fireworks and crowds and music we all slept so well and it was so peaceful and perfect!!! Newly updated- and by far THE MOST COMFY beds I’ve ever slept in- great amenities. Perfect location with kids or without! Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely love to stay here again soon!!!

This was an outstanding location for guys golf trip. We literally parked the car and never had to use for anything. Restaurants just below the unit with stores, shops and Harbour Town Golf Links within step.

You simply won’t find a better value. Simply top notch: communication, cleanliness, location, design/ finishes. Paul is one of VRBOs best hosts.

First time in Hilton Head and the property was in the best location. Didn’t have to drive anywhere to enjoy the area. Place was very clean with everything we needed during our stay.

We spent two days here before we headed to Charleston for a wedding. We had never been to Hilton Head and the condo and location were great! Close to great food, the lighthouse and beautiful harbor. Would love to come back.

Perfect spot for two couples to stay for a Harbor Town weeding weekend. Yacht Club and Golf Club both very short walking distance. The condo is like new and very spacious. Paul / Lynn good to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at Mariner’s Way many times because we love the location and its convenience. We were looking for a place with two king beds, since we are two couples in our mid 70s (how can that even be possible?!) so it’s just more desirable than having one bedroom with two smaller beds. This unit fit the description, and we loved the look of the pictures on VRBO. However, it was even better than we expected! It has apparently been redone, updated with the very best appliances, fairly recently, and it is just gorgeous! In some ways, I hate to post this, because I’m afraid that once everyone finds out how great it is, it will rarely be available. Just kidding, of course, but maybe not? The hosts were most helpful in every way. When we had trouble working the TV to get the Braves games, they talked me right through getting to my accounts so that I could bring up the channels that I already had. Truly this is a lovely unit, and we loved staying there!
