Excellent Rental Experience. Very clear instructions. Proactive & Responsive Communication. Extremely clean and well furnished 3BR / 2 BA First Floor Condo. Large furnished outdoor patio. Steps from the pool and so close to the beach walkover boardwalk. Grounds were well maintained. All of pictures were accurate and the unit’s amenities and finishes were as described. Great central location on Anastasia Island with easy access to local restaurants and activities while only being a few minutes drive to Downtown Saint Augustine. We will be booking this unit again next year. Thanks for a great trip.

This condo was amazing! Exactly like the description. Very well stocked, including beach towels. Perfect set up being on first floor to go back and forth from the pool for snacks etc. Communication was great. We would definitely book here again!

Not only is our unit at Ocean villas, lovely and very well appointed, but the staff has been wonderful. We really haven’t needed anything, but if we had the slightest question, they got back to us immediately. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make her stay comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better.

The condo was spacious and well decorated. The furniture was comfortable. Great location beachfront and close to stores and restaurants. Very pet friendly property with s gate on the back patio and designated dog walking area. The host was great. They sent clear directions and instructions and then checked in with us by text during the stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! Only thing is you can hear the neighbors above being a condo with a real thin ceiling. Early mornings were full of people stomping around on 2nd floor and dogs barking. Not ideal. That said, beach access was amazing and the unit itself is solid.

This was by far the best Marriott homes and villas we have ever stayed at. Everything you needed and right at the beach. Close to everything. Very nicely decorated with all the comforts of home.

The condo was great! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family dinners. The patio is nice and spacious and great for dogs for it has a fence and gate which is why we chose it! Another family traveling with us had unit 25 next door which was also nice. Just know there is only a counter bar with stools inside and no table which was fine for us. Big table on the patio.Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the patio much because it was closed for stucco replacement. We learned there might possibly be work that needed to be finished the Wednesday before our trip and didn’t find out for certain until that Saturday we were to check in. We understand maintenance needs to be done but there wasn’t enough time to really make other arrangements. The text communication was courteous and immediate but would have liked to have talked to someone. The owners made it right in the end.Overall, the location, condo and property was great and we would definitely stay here again. I love that St. Augustine beach is dog friendly as well as the condo complex. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family here!

Wonderful vacation stay with family. Loved location with only steps to pool and ocean. Great to find beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs as well as beach toys for our use. Kitchen was great! We couldn't have asked for anything more! The unit was beautifully decorated and situated in a great location, both on town and within the complex. We had a wonderful time!

Everything was great except the parking..we had to park off site..me and my husband,my son and daughterinlaw, my daughter and soninlaw. 3 vehicles 3 different arrival times 3 different departure times. Very inconvenient parking

Condo was as described. First floor, clean and nicely updated. Nice patio area that had a gate which allowed our dog to venture out, without being on a leash. We would stay there again if in the area.

The condo was stocked with everything we needed: plenty of silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, bakeware and Tupperware. Plenty of beach towels and throw blankets on the couch. Nice and roomy for our group of 6. Full sized washer and dryer in one bedroom. Keurig and regular coffee pot, there were some spices (salt, pepper, garlic, flour and sugar) in the cabinet and a whole stack of coffee filters. Fridge is large and has icemaker. Plenty of closet space. One closet had cleaning supplies too (mop, bucket, broom, vacuum etc but no chemicals). Two dish pods, two laundry pods, two garbage bags, and only one or two extra rolls of TP provided. large porch, quiet property, salt water pool and easy boardwalk access to the beach. Cleaning crew could do a slightly better job on the floors; I found an earring and a man’s watch under the bed, and an empty snack size bag of ruffles under the dresser. Everything else was very clean (tub, shower, linens).

We could not have been happier with our stay ! The location is fantastic ! Everything was clean and comfortable! Also the entire community is very pet friendly We will definitely be back!

I stayed here with my mom and sister on a girls trip. The condo was easy to find, right on the beach, and was stocked with everything we needed. Cute decor and responsive owners. Place was very clean and comfortable, I would stay here again! The only negative is that it was on the ground floor where there were several AC units for the building just outside the bedroom I slept in, so it was quite noisy at night. But I just turned on a sound machine and it was fine. You couldn’t hear anything from the other bedrooms.

The itrip team really delivered on our vacation booking. Despite some last minute changes on our end, we received excellent customer service and they made sure all of our needs were met. I feel confident that they met all of our needs, and we'll definitely book again with the itrip team!

Our stay at this condo over Christmas to be close to family in St. Augustine was excellent. Communications with the property manager was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions that made check-in a breeze.The condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The property is close to everything you’d want at the beach but far enough from the hectic crowds of downtown during St. Augustine’s Christmas Nights of Lights, with an easy Uber ride to get there when we wanted to.Spending Christmas here was truly special. We even brought our own Christmas tree to make it feel like home, and the condo was the perfect backdrop for our holiday.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay hope to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Augustine.

We arrived at the unit and within 5 minutes of walking on the floors, my baby and family’s feet were black from the filth. There was also toilet paper on the floor in the master bedroom and an old dog toy left under the TV stand in the main living area. It was very apparent the property was not cleaned. Since this ITrip company is not a VRBO and just advertises through VRBO, I had to contact iTrip. Their solution was to drop off mop pads so I could clean the floor myself. The pads were dropped outside of the time window that was promised, thus waking up my sleeping baby. Once I got her back to bed, we sat down to watch TV and connect our phones to wifi. This was impossible because the property owners did not pay their bills and their account was suspended. I had to message multiple times, have VRBO reach out, and call before someone responded for ITrip in the internet situation. It was resolved next morning. I asked for a refund for the first night and they waited until the end of day to offer us free tickets for activities in the area and only a 100 dollar refund. They have still not sent a 100 dollar refund after multiple attempts of contact on my end. The do not answer their phones, nor do they respond to text or request to talk to a live person. VRBO can’t do anything because it’s not a VRBO property. Save yourself money and headaches and do not book this property or anything through ITrip vacations. It is the biggest scam and worst management.

The condo is very clean steps away for the beach. Close enough to downtown without being downtown. Plenty of room for the 6 of us.

This may quite possibly be the CLEANEST and most BEAUTIFUL condo we have ever stayed in. First floor level and location to beach access was perfect for my elderly mother! She enjoyed walking out to the beach daily. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone especially families with small children or older adults

Awesome location, convenience, had everything we needed

This condo was amazing! It was probably one of the best we have ever rented in cleanliness and being well stocked. They have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and even neck pillows for you to use at the pool! They have it all covered! Our week got cut short because of Hurricane Helene, but we loved our time there. I would highly recommend this condo! It was perfect!

Great location and really enjoyed the condo.

We had an amazing stay. The beach is walking distance, and there are two beautiful pools to swim in. The property was very clean and welcoming as well.

The property was as listed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. The host said there was no keurig, but there is a keurig and a regular coffee pot. Also, the air cannot be set below 70° if that matters to you. The patio was wonderful. We loved the beach being so close.

Ocean villa 20 is a nice well maintained condo. It’s very convenient to everything but the dumpster

We had so much fun at our week at your property! My mom and dad (both with walkers) loved the easy access to the pool, while my niece (4) had a blast at the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Communication was quick and easy and made for a really relaxing trip. We love coming to St. Augustine and will definitely be looking to stay again!

The location worked out really well for us. The first floor made it look way to take the dogs out. The beach and pool were just a short walk away. The gate on the back patio allowed the dogs to lay outside and people watch. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our space in this seaside condo. Our family stays at Ocean Villas annually for family reunion. In fact, stayed in this very villa years ago before the update. It has been tastefully redone with plenty of comfortable furniture. The kitchen is a great remodel as are the bathrooms. Having never heard of trip, I was surprised that they were the management company. Still not sure as could only communicate by text or email. No direct phone or office. All in all, a great stay !
