Fully furnished, luxury Condo at the edge of the CBD, located on the 5th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10.

Unit is a bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 full bath; bedrooms and living room all have windows with a sweeping view of the city.

In addition to the two full bedrooms, the unit is equipped with two queen sized sofa sleepers.

    Good location. Near street car lines, near French Quarter. Free parking, but we didn’t need a car. Host quick to respond to questions. 6th floor suite was fantastic. Great views, quiet.

    Location wss essy to get to. Parking was easy and secure. Great location to walk to all down town attractions. Rooms were great. Down fall was the smell of the place was hard to deal with. Either damp/mildew or has been smoked in regularly.

    The location and host response time were both great. All beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa sleeper - perhaps better for small children but not adults.A few issues that were in the host's control were:- one side of the kitchen sink was not working; a sign was taped over it- the faucet in the master bath sink was not working properly so no hot water was availableOne issue not necessarily in host's control was that a neighboring unit did not adhere to the non-smoking policy and the smell of cigarette / cigar smoke permeated into our condo. The second night was a little better after the host said he reiterated the policy with all renters.

    The condo was very nice. It was in a convenient location with easy access to the garden district and the French Quarter. The warehouse/arts district, where the condo is located has excellent restaurants and galleries. Parking was provided. We would stay here again.

    The condo was spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to the WWII museum and also the trolley line. There was secure on-site parking and the building had a secure entrance.

    . The condo was perfect and location was great. For us the parking was confusing because we got there late and the numbers on the lot were hard to find. We actually found them the next day. Everything else was ideal. Not a big deal but the ice maker was frozen so not producing ice, it just needs defrosting.

    I stayed at this condo for 18 days and had a fantastic experience. The location in the Central Business District is unbeatable—walking distance to just about everything, with tons of great food options nearby. If you don’t feel like walking, Ubers are quick and easy from this spot. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in New Orleans! Jason Rocks

    The space was large enough with a similar bedroom on either side of the living room. Big windows with a city view. Beds were comfortable.

    The apartment is located halfway between The French Quarter and the Garden District making it a nice central location for visiting New Orleans. Its also right off the highway which made it easy to come and go. It has a gated parking lot which was nice even though it seemed to be a safe neighborhood. The bedrooms rooms were roomy and both had their own bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and I'm picking when it comes to beds. The coach was a little worn out and could stand to be replaced but I served it purpose. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away which was really convenient. I would definitely stay here again

    The place was very clean and more spacious than what the pictures had showed. I felt incredibly safety as well. The walks to the Superdome, Bourbon St., and other nearby places were very manageable, even if you’re not a walker. I would absolutely stay here again!
