This is an urban area next to the Oakland/Alameda estuary and feels like a world of its own. It's quiet during the day and get a bit festive some nights including fireworks, sounds from the nearby Oakland A's stadium and upon occasion a train. There are only 6 units in this HOA so it's NOT a late-night party spot.
