Enjoyed our stay …condo was comfortable and in central location for day trips.

Very clean and just like the pictures. Close to Old Town and easy access to highways. Very responsive hosts. Would choose again.

Wonderful property! Ow er very helpful and responsive. Wish the washer and dryer not being in the actual unit was more clear. It was in a separate building, had to download an app to use.

Everything was great

Jim (the host) was very responsive and answered my questions timely. There was everything you could possibly need and all the instructions were at your fingertips on the website. There was only one annoyance which is not fault of Jim's, we could hear the owner/renter in the unit above us. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Jim Kearney communicated so well, made suggestions for dining. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and the pool area was nice. Thankful!

Came with my son for Spring Break to visit Arizona State University and U of A. Unit was the perfect set up. A newer, modern environment. We really enjoyed our stay. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The condo was very comfortable and close to all the amenities that we came to Scottsdale for. The owner was super easy to work with and everything was described perfectly. We hope to be back.

We had everything we needed here and within walking distance or a short drive to almost everywhere, this was a perfect home base

Condo was clean and location was great for a working vacation

The Scottsdale Old Town location was awesome for us. We had never been to Phoenix so after all of our touring we know that area was definitely our favorite and would stay at this unit again. The unit is very updated, cute and stocked with everything we needed. It also was in a very safe area and complex. No steps if that is an issue for some. Absolutely no issues reserving the unit. None during the stay nor departure - easy all around.

Beautiful place in a great location! Attentive hosts with prompt responses! Definitely a great place to stay while in Scottsdale!

We had a great time and Jim was a wonderful host. The place had everything we needed and we could walk virtually everywhere. It was our first time in Scottsdale and we will be back because of our experience here.

Property is as listed, very clean. The location is convenient to visit shopping and restaurants in Old Town. The pool was warm and had enough lounge chairs. We enjoyed a lot of time there. The provided beach towels were great!

Place well very nice and clean. Made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely be back.

The property condition and amenities are exactly as shown. I stayed here for 15 days in August - when it was very hot - ave. 115 each day. The parking lot to the unit was further than was represented to me, but I borrowed a wagon to use for transporting groceries and things, and that helped. The AC unit is also VERY loud. It works well, but if you are not used to that sound in your life continually, it has an effect on you. Location was very good for my needs. Owners were responsive and kitchen was well appointed for most people's needs. I did not use laundry or pool while I was there.

What you see in the photos is what you get -very nice place to stay. It was very peaceful to come back to after a busy day of packing up a family members house.

We had a terrific stay in this unit. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Truly felt like a home away from home. Jim was really nice and responded quick with all of my questions. The location is very close to the mall and restaurants.

The condo has everything you need. I appreciated having a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. Lots of quail and other birds who also call the condo community home. The community seemed to be safe and quiet. The hosts were gracious and kind. We didn’t end up staying as long as we anticipated so cannot speak to using more than the condo itself. I appreciated having a dedicated parking spot.

We enjoyed our recent 5 night stay, and really appreciated Jim's flexibility with our early check in request. The location of the condo was perfect for our needs - centrally located and close to many restaurants and shopping. We didn't get a chance to use the pool on this trip, as we were busy coming and going. The complex was very quiet, except for some noisy footsteps occasionally above. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Even though we ate our meals out, the kitchen was well equipped and had anything you needed for cooking a nice meal. The bathrooms were beautifully remodeled, although we prefer a little more vanity counter space. Showers were awesome! Unfortunately for us, the beds were a bit low and unsupportive. All in all we had a relaxing stay, and the condo provides everything needed to enjoy a brief or extended stay in the Scottsdale area!

This condo is so beautifully decorated with many thoughtful details to make it feel like home! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Scottsdale!

updated & very clean. It is very close to restaurants & shopping in Old Town…so convenient! Beds were comfortable & check in was easy. The hosts left a bottle of wine which was so nice. The only drawbacks were the tenants above up were very noisy ( thin walls) and we discovered the hairdryer was missing so my husband had to scramble to buy one. Other than that we enjoyed our short stay and and would recommend the property.

Very contemporary and modern decor

Appreciated that the property was very clean. Cupboards were well stocked and beds very comfortable. Location was excellent, with shopping & restaurants close by. The bottle of wine sitting on the table as we walked in the door was a lovely touch and so much appreciated. Hosts were second to none in their communications. Having the washer & dryer not inside the unit but close by was a minor inconvenience but really didn’t pose much of a problem. Very quiet location with great neighbors.

Well equipped, cooperative owner…whole visit worked out well for us.
