Stunning 2/2 beach duplex condo only steps away from ocean!!

The location was very close to the beach. A great view of the pool and ocean. We had a great stay.

The property should not be considered a 10 as I see in other reviews, as it is due a cleanliness overall. I will say the owner was very kind and responsive and there was plenty of room. Great location for pool and ocean use; however, it needs a very good cleaning.

Well stocked- peaceful and a good view of ocean

The owner was ver helpful and responsive. I needed a French press for my coffee and they used Amazon and sent one to me. The floors are all tile and a rug in the family room would be nice to step on. A vacuum On site would be very helpful sucking up sand and hair. The broom just doesn’t do it effectively. All in all beautiful views and towels and amenities were wonderful. Great place to stay.

The unit was very clean and had cute decor.The unit has undergone upgrades which make it more appealing considering the age of the property.We loved the beach view and the parking was very easy to manage.

Perfect location and size for our long weekend getaway. Loved that it had everything we needed to cook when we did not feel like eating out!

The unit was clean and furnished with lovely wall art and beach themed decorations. It had everything that is needed for a terrific stay at the beach. There were even special little touches like individual shampoos conditioners and bath gels, as well as toothpaste and cleaning products!The beds were very comfortable, the development is on a lovely stretch of fine sand with a pool that is spotless and plenty of lounge chairs. It is soooo peaceful and yet so close to Historical St. Augustine. My only complaint is that we had to leave!

Clean , beautifully decorated condo. Beds were SO comfortable. Quiet complex steps from the beach. Felt very safe here also. Mr Vidal was very responsive when I had a question or two.

The host was wonderful. The location of the property is perfect for beach days or a day in the old town area. Cons are the bathrooms are very small and the buildings themselves are very aged. The inside is very updated thru out.

Great accommodating host who was in contact and very attentive to our needs. He was very concern about being accurate to the description and even gave us reimbursement for what was hit present at the property. I recommend it everyone. Thanks Vidal.

Great property. We stayed for a weekend for the Nights of Lights. Perfect location. Kitchen was fully stocked with condiments and most important … coffee. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Property had plenty of beach chairs and other necessities. Although we didn’t have time for the beach it is good to know, if we would want to come back during the on season. Great view of the beach from the balcony.

Everything was great! Had a dirty towel hanging with the clean ones but no big deal

We really enjoyed our stay here! We did not know that bedrooms were upstairs from the advertisement but since no disabled people with us, this was not a problem. We could have used more towels and definitely more washcloths! Decorated nicely and had many beach items there.

Very comfortable and welcoming

The condo itself was very dated and not well maintained. The outside patio had only two chairs for sitting. The living room furniture was not appropriate for four people . Online, there was no mention that the condo had two floors. The outside pool was very nice and well maintained. The beach for just a walk away.

Everything was amazing! Location was perfect, so many beach accessories provided (umbrella was broken but we just went to the beach shop down the street and grabbed a 15 one that worked perfectly!), and communication with Wilson was top notch! Definitely would stay again!

This stay was exactly what we needed. Appreciated the gated, secure location. The beach was beautiful and clean. The host was attentive and accommodating.

Loved the property and proximity to pool and ocean. We were never able to regulate the air conditional using the nest thermometer. It seemed to revert back to 76 every 2 hours making the nights very uncomfortable. Lack of towels and wash cloths with only 6 towels for thw week and no wash cloths added to thw challenges. Otherwise everything else was good

We loved staying at this condo which was a short walk to the beach and pool. It had all of the amenities from the listing and more. The host was easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo is in a great location, steps away from the beach and a well maintained pool. It was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The furniture was extremely comfortable and the unit was decorated in a “beachy” vibe. The owner made a point to check to make sure we were enjoying our stay and answered our few questions promptly. We are already planning our next trip back in the fall!

This property met all our needs. Access to the beach was fantastic and so nice that chairs and toys were provided. The pool is a very good size, the kids had a lot of fun there and playing in the sand at the beach. Saw a turtle in the Dune, walked to restaurants, coffee and donuts. Grocery close by. Beds were super comfy! Will consider this property for our next trip to St. Augustine.

Wilson is kind and easy to communicate with. His condo is located steps from a lovely beach with easy access and a sensational pool area. The house had a massive and comfortable couch/tv area and nice table for dinners at home. The primary bed is great and the balcony does not disappoint! If ever back in the area we’d love to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice if you want to more quiet location. The Hoa needs to purchase a heater for the pool. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim.

Conveniently located near Old Town St.Augustine. Super close to ocean. Beautiful view from porch. Fully stocked kitchen. We were disappointed pool was not heated.

This was a lovely property. It was clean as a whistle and the location was perfect. There were two ways to get to the beach, over the dunes and down the street. We loved that there were grills to use so we cooked out a lot. The beds were very comfortable as well. We recommend!

Construction going on during week - painting. Noisy. Place was adequate for our needs.

We stayed here three years ago for thanksgiving. The owners have since upgraded several areas to make it a nicer stay.

Came down to visit friends and family. The Spanish Trace Condos are awesome! We had an amazing stay!!

really enjoyed our weeklong stay at the sandhaus. comfortable with everything we needed. owners were available for questions though we didn't really need anything. would go back!
