Stayed Jan 12, 2019I stayed at Matt's property for 2 weeks. I have only good things to say about my stay . Very clean and spacious property. The views from the balconies are amazing. I captured many beautiful photos of the beautiful city and landscape . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare any food . Everything was need and in good working condition. The bathroom was clean and had nice shower . Towels and toiletries were supplied by the property. When I wasn't touring I was relaxing in 1 of the rooms all with air conditioning and cable TV. There are so many nearby attractions. Like shopping malls, museums and big grocery market. I definitely recommend this property to anyone want a luxury at a good price . I will be renting this property on my next visit.

Stayed Dec 24, 2018I stayed at Matts over Christmas with my family and found it to be extremely enjoyable and incredibly convenient so much so that I just had to extend my stay an extra night. The two story unit is very spacious and nicely furnished and equipped creating a pleasant and luxurious ambience. Having everything you could possibly need at your fingers tips you couldn't find a better location. Matt is a great host, friendly, easily accessible and responsive in a timely manner to any issues or queries. Grace was onsite and also very friendly and helpful responding quickly to any questions. Overall I would rate Matts home as 5 star as it is faultless and no matter the reason for your stay you wont be disappointed as it has all the bases covered.
