Description

The apartment is located in the heart of Graz, on a cross street from Herrengasse. It is 2 minutes from Jakominiplatz, 5 minutes from the main square. Two blocks away is a Spar supermarket, which is only open every Sunday until 9pm. Cafés, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Graz University can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Our guests are university professors, visitors to congresses, artists (Graz Opera, Palazzo), AVL, Magna international staff.

The apartment consists of a sleeping / living area with a double bed and two sofa beds. Windows face the episcopal monastery, so quiet despite the city center.

All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. In the house there is a room with washer and dryer with free access for our guests.

Sheets, bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Blankets and pillows are available free of charge.

The stay I had was amazing. It was a lot larger than the photos indicated, and had everything I could possibly need to stay there! The location was incredible, I was so close to the city center and everything I wanted to do. There is no air conditioning, but the fact that they provided a fan went above and beyond any expectations I had. I can't recommend staying here enough; I'm sad to leave!
