We loved the property, our room and location. We would definitely go back and refer to other people. We really loved the old building and was fun to people watch out on the patio.

It was good to have the ability to do some laundry during the stay. perfect location to be able to enjoy downtown Nashville. Short walk to anything you would need during your stay.

Communication was excellent. Darold was a great host and was very accommodating. Having the ability to leave bags before and after check in/check out was very helpful, especially after the airline cancelled our scheduled return flight. Location was fantastic - close to everything. Would stay again.

The beds were terrible, there were ants in the bathroom and bedrooms , it was a clean place but it was very old and I can’t express the beds that were terrible and the furniture was terrible too , I would not go back to this property

We were pleased with the overall stay. The Parking was not ideal. The whirlpool did not work, In and out was secure as for safety.

This super cute studio is located in a very fun part of Nashville. Walking distance to all the activities but still had a feel of a “get away”

Perfect for 2-3 people in safe easy to access location. Quiet and far enough away from Broadway to decompress. Close to wonder jazz and blues clubs as well as diners and restaurants.

We parked right next door in the parking garage for 45 a day. It was so convenient we didn’t care about the price. The place was really cool. It had cool old hallways that opened to a beautiful updated apartment. The host, Darold, was friendly and helped with any questions we had. Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time here in Printers Alley. The location can not be beat, we loved it so much, we extended our stay and the hosts bent over backwards to make it happen for us! We had such a great trip and will definitely be back! Can't recommend enough, 10/10 for sure!!

Location! Location! Location! Perfectly located to all Nashville has to offer. Unit clean and had all the comforts of home. Darold was amazing from Check-in to check-out. 10/10 would recommend

Great location. Studio has a lot of character but could use some upkeep. One of the back couch cushions zipper was busted and stuffing was coming out of it. Listing said ice maker, but the fridge did not appear to be hooked up to any water. Went to make cocktails upon arrival and had to run out to the corner store for ice, which was annoying. Shower could use a deep clean. It also smelled like sewage in the shower… maybe it’s just the way the water smells. None of these things ruined our trip, but it just wasn’t what we were expecting. The pictures make it look pristine, and light & bright, but it feels like you’re in a dark basement when you’re walking through the hallways. We still had a good time and the location was great. A lot of different bar options steps away.

Location is the best part--across the alley from Skulls (so yummy, reservation needed, you must go!) and close to Broadway. The shower area doesn't have a visual barrier, which was a little awkward for our family of 4, but we made it work. Nice space!

Really had fun at this location. Parking was not free but not too expensive. Manager was very helpful. Alley to unload luggage was not easily accessible in our big truck. Shower was great, bed was so comfy.

This was our first visit to nashville and the location was great! Walkable to all the fun! Property was clean and very nice! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Printer’s Alley Loft was the perfect spot for our stay in Nashville. We could walk everywhere and we loved the history of Printer’s Alley. Darold was very helpful, greeted us upon arrival, and responded to our questions right away. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We had the best time staying here. Loved the vibe of the place and it was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the rain shower. Being able to sit outside on the downstairs patio was great! Printer's Alley is such a cool place. We had a great time at Skulls. The burlesque show was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

The Studio Loft was just as advertised. It was comfortable, clean and in a perfect walkable location to enjoy the fun of downtown Nashville.

Wow!! What a great place to stay. If you want to be close to everything and not hear a thing at night, this is your place. Step outside and you are in picturesque Printers Alley, across the alley is the famous Skulls. Two blocks one direction you are on Broadway and all the Honky Tonks.Two blocks in another direction is the Ryman Auditorium. Walk to Nissan Stadium in 20 minutes. There is a cool English Pub next door that serves perfect Guinness and is an Arsenal bar (if thats your thing...Go Liverpool!).The outside of this VRBO looks like something you would see in the French Quarter in New Orleans, and inside it is quirky with a big scrabble board next to the elevator. The studio is spacious and even has a washer and dryer. Deep jetted tub, separate shower, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, coffee maker, facial cleansing cloths and small amenity kit with q-tips, cotton rounds and nail file. Darold is the manager and he is very easy to reach and can give you suggestions on where to go, eat, etc. We definitely recommend this VRBO. So many positives. Only negative was the door to the studio. Darold was aware and showed us a workaround. It was just a finicky door. When we figured it out all was good. We had a great time!! Btw, if you are getting dropped off, just get dropped off at Skulls and turn to your left, the lofts are a few steps up the alley.

This place has a cool, funky and electric decor. It was prime location to all types of attractions, food, coffee, bars and shops. We will be back!

Quick overnight stay for a concert at the Ryman Auditorium. Such easy communication with the host and check in was a breeze. And the location...unbelievable! Such a cool place on Printer's Alley with an amazing vibe. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. Parking was easy at the garage close by. The studio loft apartment was perfect - safe, cute, clean, comfortable. We'd love to return for a longer stay!

The whole place is very eccentric. Darold was great. Place was clean. The floors are super old so you hear them when someone’s walking around. No ice so bring some! Overall great place to stay😊

You couldn't ask for a better location right in the heart of all that Nashville has to offer, and yet somehow, our room was still tucked away several floors up on the backside of the building and was shockingly quiet up there. The room is beautiful and comfortable. My wife and I had such an incredible anniversary getaway! You can't go wrong with this place. It's awesome!

This is the second time staying here, and the ONLY weekend vacation we have repeated. The location is amazing, you walk right out into printers ally to find music, delicious snacks, and a welcoming breeze. Just up around the block there are 5 star restaurants and coffee. The loft is so cute. Has the best shower and most comfortable bed, and the building is so eclectic and inviting We will be back, again!

Super cool (old) building with the original brick which makes it awesome; right on Printers Alley! I enjoyed people watching from the street patio and listening to the blues playing from Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar. Management was awesome. Super close to Broadway and Morgan Wallen’s This Bar. Learned a lot of history from locals on Printers Alley.

This place was fantastic. Easy to walk to so many great places, close to Bridgestone, easy to get to The Gulch and other great areas of Nashville! Loved it! Will stay again!
