Stoneridge D33S has twenty-two steps in and is one level. This standard-rated

unit offers internet access and sleeps eight. The living room features a

flatscreen TV, and no fireplace is available for use. There's a fully

functional kitchen, and the dining room seats six.



The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bath, while the second bedroom

has pyramid-sized bunk beds with a single pull-out trundle underneath and a

TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. These rooms share a

second full bath.



This unit is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting, and

offers a view of the mountain from the deck. There is no access to the

community pools, but guests are welcome to use the resort's indoor and outdoor

pools.



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the

summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor

pools available on a per-unit basis.



**_(NOTE : The hot tubs at the Stoneridge community are only for the

homeowners and are not available for guest use). _**However, all resort condo

rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools.

During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-

in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_. All communities offer shuttle service

year-round to the main resort.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site

within the communities.



Please note: Check-in for all rental units is at The Slopeside Hotel located

in the Seven Springs Resort.

credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior

to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More
