Great location enjoyed our stay. Property needs improvement on furniture and smart/better TVs

We of course looked up reviews prior to booking… however we were more than impressed with the condo as well as the resort grounds and staff. Everything went so smooth and no hiccups to speak of. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay at sterling sands and will absolutely be returning very soon!!!

The furniture at this location was old and dusty. During my stay I received a text from guest services at 8am stating that a new couch was being delivered. 30 mins later someone came to take the old couch. I waited around for hours and at 1pm a new couch was delivered. I was asked to be there when it was delivered although I’d prefer not to have someone in my vacation place while I’m not there, I was given no notice that this was going to be happening during my stay. 30 mins is all the notification I received and then it tied up my whole day. It was good that the couch was replaced because it was really worn down. The furniture outside of the couch was really old and dusty. There was trash on top of things and the bed skirts were filthy. The bathrooms are old-old, like the main bath is peach colored old. The dinette set was fairly new. The location was perfect. View was amazing. We did have to pay 15 per person to get access to the beach and pool. Parking was free.

Property little out dated & under construction alot of noise during the day. View was excellent! Disappointed with the communication regarding property. Recommend geting a rental car. Harbor is a fun day trip cost 20 for parking. VSP airport 30 minutes away.from Destin. Easey a

Overall we loved our time in Destin. The listing shows there to be a second bedroom with two twin beds. Don’t be fooled like we were the bedroom is tiny and has one twin with a trundle bed underneath. Once you pool it out there is no where for suitcases or walking to the bathroom or opening doors. We made it work but it wasn’t what I thought. Location is awesome though!

This property is fantastic. Everything is exactly as it was advertised. We enjoyed our time in Destin during the holidays.

Very nice place to stay. It is clean, the ocean view is wonderful, and it’s very close to The Back Porch!

Guest room the bed make a lot noise, principal room the guest upstairs made a lot noise

Tub dirty pieces of paper under bed sand swept back under furniture bedding not as I expected small tv is in room. Not alot of updates for the money I paid

The condo was nice. Location is good. Property management was very responsive. The twin bed room doesn’t have a closet. The icemaker didn’t work. The bathroom trash cans were broken. There were dirty washcloths in master shower when we arrived.

We had a great stay. Condo was just as pictured. Would stay again.

Decent condo, spare bedroom was a touch small, but didnt really bother us too much. Fantastic private beach access - walkable to back porch!
