Sterling Sands 304~ 2/2 Condo~Heart of Destin ~ Weekend Special

We had an issue with the door when we first arrived, and the lady in charge, Beverly, drove a key out to us the very same night.Aside from that the views were beautiful, the renovation was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

Everything was perfect.

This was our third time staying at Sterling Sands. We love coming in the Fall the weather was wonderful the water beautiful as always and more shrimp than we could eat. Our unit was clean had everything you would need and decorated nicely. See y’all next Fall.

This is our second year staying here. We have not one thing to complain about! It is very clean and has a great location. We will be staying here again.

Great time in destin at nicely renovated condo

Our family had a nice stay recently and enjoyed easy access to the beach and location to the baseball fields.

Have been to Destin many many times and always stay at Stirling Sands except for one other time and I always go back to Sterling Sands. I love everything about it. My only concern is the traffic is getting too bad for me. I’m in my 70s and I just can’t drive in it anymore. But I had a driver and we had a wonderful time and we ate it wonderful restaurants and went to the outlet mall and to Commons and of course to the beach and pool and I was so lucky. My son is a pilot and he flew to Destin and picked us up and of course we had a wonderful flight with him. I have such fond memories of Destin and I went home with a boatload of purchases lol.

This property was perfect our family (2 kids, ages 4&6). The condo was super clean and newly remodeled. It was really spacious as well. Having the full kitchen was great for us to make some of our meals in. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was a great amenity to have. The room was close to the elevator as well. The pool is a nice size and the kids enjoyed it. The beach is super close as well and easily accessible. This property far exceeded my expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation would be to offer more ways to hang wet towels/swim suits.

This unit was extremely clean. It was the first I didn't have to do any cleaning before I could start my vacation. Communication with Sugar Sands was very professional and prompt. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The condo itself was clean and beautifully decorated! The view is wonderful! Our 1 year old was with us on this trip and the place was fairly easy to baby proof upon arrival! The balcony having the glass instead of the rails was also wonderful with our 1 year old. The complimentary chairs and umbrella is also an amazing benefit! The property was also nice and they have onsite security so that’s a nice added touch. The next time we come to Destin we will certainly be staying here again!

location was ideal for groceries, restaurant, and of course, the beach. Building was quiet and well kept. Definitely will go back.

The included beach chairs were nice. The elevators took forever and were old and dirty. The tv in the master room was hard to navigate and would shut off. The pool was so hot it felt like bath water. Overall happy with the look inside the condo and the location.

This was our first time visiting Destin. The place was updated and very clean. We loved the location and have found our perfect place! We shall return!!!!!

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Sterling Sands. Everything from the unit we stayed in, to the pool, to the elevator were clean. Anyone we encountered working at the property were nice and helpful. The only thing lacking was livingroom seating space. We had a smallish couch and a couple of straight back chairs. Great if you are sitting straight up while watching a movie, but not great for lounging. Inevitably one or two of us would end up on the floor with some pillows. Besides that we were happy!

We returned to Sterling Sands after several years of vacationing at other beaches. Our beachfront condo was perfect, beach just a few steps away. Will be returning in fall.
