Stayed Jul 31, 2025The condo and location are just beautiful. The outdoor property itself needs a good cleaning and power washing. The pool temperatures were so warm that we couldn’t even comfortably swim. I get that’s it’s FL but any other Destin property we’ve stayed at managed to keep the pool a refreshing temperature not feeling like a hot tub.We didn’t get the check in emails nor was it disclaimed we would need to pay a fee per person per day to the property management company upon check in. The equals 70 for my family that was not made transparent when booking.WiFi in condo was difficult to log into. Had to turn over WiFi boxes, type in router info etc - no instructions anywhere and definitely not guest friendly. This could be easy. Stayed Aug 11, 2025I loved this condo! Can’t say enough good things about it! Beautiful decor, up to date, nice beds, linens and pillows. Well stocked kitchen w nice keurig! Beautiful view, super clean. We come to Destin every summer and this was the nicest condo we have rented in a long time! Felt price was fair and beach service was included! Book it!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024My family had a very enjoyable stay! It was kid friendly with the bunk beds being available and had a very cozy feel to it. They supplied everything we could have needed for our stay which made things so much easier. It was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Stayed May 25, 2023I had an amazing time and loved my stay at Sterling Sands 210 unit. Apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, organized and decorated with a nice beach vibe. Great ocean view from the balcony. The building was also very clean, as well as the pool and all other amenities. We had to pay for umbrella and beach chair service (I’ll assume this was related to the holiday weekend), but the service was great, we had our beach place reserved every day. With no doubt I would recommend and stay again in this unit for future vacations.
