Property was just as listed. Great views and close to everything. Just steps from the beach.

The property was great, but I think security made us a little uncomfortable. Always nagging people about their music being too loud, which it wasn’t. We enjoyed it since we didn’t bring a speaker. Someone walked by while we were waiting on our room and thumped a cigarette by the exit in the parking lot. The girl security guard smelled it I guess and came running…”who is SMOKIN’??? It was just worrisome, wondering what they will come up with next . Several more I won’t go in to but I felt like a 60 yr old hiding from my parents! Other than that, the condo was great, property was well kept, and the ladies at the front desk was really nice.

Well maintained & clean. Had to call at 5pm for door code ( no text message received) at check in, but very responsive to our call.We’ll recommend to friends

The dishwasher was not fastened to the countertop, thus it wanted to tip over everytime you pulled out the top shelf. The toilet in the guest bedroom had a leaky seal which caused the water to run intermittently. The unit itself was decorated nicely and we had a good view of the beach from the 1st floor. The condo is exactly as the pictures shown. The condo was clean, roomy and well maintained with a good size kitchen and living room. Master bedroom was lovely with a king size comfortable bed.  There was a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, large walk in shower, two sink/vanities and large walk in closet with plenty of space for additional clothing. The balcony was great with extra seating, table and lounge chair.  You can see the ocean from the large sliding glass windows/doors from both the kitchen/living room and bedroom.  The pool is well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.  There is also an outdoor jacuzzi and exercise equipment (building) on the the property.This was our first time to the Florida Panhandle.  The sand on the beach was the whitest and pristine we have ever seen (no garbage and well maintained).  The water was clear with beautiful turquoise and blue colors.  You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas or bring your own.  From the condo you have a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool area.   We were glad we rented a car as most restaurants are not close, although you can walk to the Back Porch restaurant.  There are many other restaurants on the water and other choices inland.  Highly recommend Moe's Original BBQ and Harbor Docks.  There are also many seafood markets nearby.  Be sure to read the property emails before you arrive as they provide check in specifics.  You must pay 15 per guest for wrist bands for pool and beach acc

Great views and beach access

Room and location were great! Room was very comfortable. Be aware of hidden fees. We had a charge from VRBO that is added after “total cost” of room. Also, we had to pay an additional $15 per wristband to access the pool and beach. This is not included in the cost of the room. Otherwise, beautiful room. Beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay

Lovely time! This condo is a perfect get away. It’s close to everything yet quiet and calm. Condo has anything you would need with a beautiful view of the beach. Hassle free!
