We loved the little ground floor condo. Things are a little rusty here & there but that's to be expected being right on the beach. Although, the door does need some work. I could not open it, my husband had to push hard to get it open. The place was clean. Even with the storm making the ocean very angry & not having internet because of the storm, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I inquired about it being beach front but I was not told that there is no beach because of the erosion and that huge sand bags are what you see when you look out. The rooms were clean but mold in bathroom and a few other areas. Also a gross rug in living room which I just rolled up I wasn’t going to walk on it and the couch was a little dirty too. I had to load up my car and drive down to public beach which was what I wanted to avoid.

This property exceeded expectations. I booked specifically for an ocean front view and this provided it not only from the balcony but indoors as well! It is the PERFECT location for someone wanting to enjoy a peaceful private ocean getaway. The property and location is perfect for someone looking to be away from the touristy feel as in Surf City (love the beaches but too introverted for that). I have never left a vacation rental feeling so grateful for the experience. Every necessity was provided at the property and communications regarding details for checkin, wifi, etc left no concerns or unanswered questions. I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The only recommendation I have is if you go on the balcony, completely remove the piece of wood (safetylock). Don't just lean it upright, unless you want to lock yourself on the balcony in the first 5 min of being there. Even that left us with a great story and a lot of laughs. I will never be able to stay near the ocean again unless it is here, it was everything I had hoped it would be.

This is our second time staying at this property. You are literally right on the beach! We will continue booking here each time we visit!

The entrance door needs replacing. After several hours of trying the code I finally text the host. He was very helpful and apologetic about the door being swollen from humidity. He had someone over quickly to help me. The BIG air conditioning unit was loud and rather foreboding especially in the bedroom. It partially blocked the door from opening into the bathroom. The view from the deck was great , especially the full blue moon.

The two bathrooms made it really nice and easy access to to beach as well
