Stayed Jul 30, 2022The location was amazing - great beach access and private location. Everything was great - the condo was well stocked and clean. The only exception was the maintenance work being done around the building would start really early in the morning- but hopefully they will be done by the next time we come! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The original unit we rented based on the property description and pictures was as expected - except that the AC did not work. We were told by the property manager (Sothebys) that the AC unit was repaired the day before our arrival. When I told them it wasn’t working, the agent said that the AC would have to be replaced and they would have to find us another like unit. Seems that they could’ve handled this much more professionally - i.e., if you knew the AC was a concern, then why didn’t they turn it on that day to check it? Our check in wasn’t until 3pm - they would’ve had ample time to figure out that the condo wouldn’t be habitable given the extremely hot weather in Naples. The unit they provided was outdated, not as comfortable, and although it had very nice views, was very disappointing. Sofa had multiple stains, water pressure was extremely weak, and balcony furniture was rusting and breaking apart - very unsafe with a toddler in our group. And when we expressed our disappointment to them, they provided a small token credit (and late check out) for our inconvenience. That was very poor service recovery. Will NOT be renting through Sothebys again and would NOT be recommending going through them to other renters.
