Great unit- everything we needed- easy walk to the beach!!

Enjoyed everthing about the condo, the view and how close it was to the beach. The whole family enjoyed it. The balcony was a bit hit. Thank goodness for ac...it was hot! We also enjoyed the water park right across the street.

Great place and excellent location, thank you guys we will see you again next year!

Loved our stay at the condo! It was beautiful and Sandy was extremely responsive. The walk to the beach is not far and the pools are great. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food. The beach does not allow tents so important to know that.

Overall a great stay, onsite maintenance and security were fabulous and made us feel welcome and safe for the entirety of the stay. Amenities/pool/etc. were great, but the private beach access was a bit of a disappointment unless you rent their resort umbrellas. As for the unit, there was a stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/extra blankets and provided linens for the pull-out couch. General housekeeping was good but I will say the unit could use a good dusting. The A/C unit closet and other nooks and crannies had significant debris. No fault to the owners, just something that needs to be brought to the attention of housekeeping. Just about everything else about this unit was satisfactory and the view from the balcony is stunning. Would stay here again.

The condo exceeded our expectations- it was wonderful with an outstanding view of the sunset. We will most likely book this on our next visit to Destin.

This was the perfect VRBO for the our family of four plus my parents. We watched the sunset from the balcony every evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The location can't be beat – near a whole lot of restaurants, five minutes to Walmart, four minutes to Publix. Six minute walk to the beach. Incredibly close to a pool with access to several others. Sandy was extremely quick to respond whenever I reached out with a question. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Condo is clean and spacious with an incredible view! Beach access is perfect with an amazing Tiki Bar! Located on a gated area but still able to walk to areas with a short car ride to the Harbour. Fast response along with accommodating our late check!

This is the place to stay!!! Great location, easy to the beach & the condo is very spacious & nice with a gorgeous view. Sandy, the owner was so sweet & took care a minor issue, nothing major. Our spring break's mothers & daughters' trip was perfect!!!!

Space was super clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge perk for our family. Pool, spa l, gym and BBQs at Terrace were great. Plus walk to beach was quick and easy. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room at the main building. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip to Destin. The condo was beautiful and had a fantastic view. We loved sitting out on the balcony each morning and evening.

This condo was great for our family vacation to the beach. We loved the property, and it was in a great central location to everything in Destin.
