Was clean and well kept, easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Would definitely rent again!

The place was pretty clean when we walked in, except that the floors were dirty and needed to be swept and scrubbed a bit. The host supplies most of what you would need to cook most things, except the grill does not work. Other than that the place was great and is in a great location for the beach and boardwalk. I would definitely stay again
