Stayed Mar 24, 2026This was our first trip to Clearwater, and this rental was perfect. Walking distance to everything: shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t rent a car, and it wasn’t needed. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great! Coin laundry is available right next to rental. We washed and dried a load of clothes in an hour! Had the opportunity to meet JR, the owner. He’s great! We will for sure be coming back!

Stayed Mar 12, 2026This was our first time to Clearwater and our stay was Amazing. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, water pressure was awesome. Location was perfect. Only a few steps away from the beach. Easy safe walk to pier 60 and everything thing else downtown. We would definitely book here again.

Stayed Feb 21, 2026We enjoyed this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could complain slightly about is that the ceiling fan clicks all night while sleeping. But that was my fault because I wanted it on the whole time. The place all in all was GREAT. The hosts were absolutely wonderful as well, very accommodating.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The location was perfect. Beach block and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. It is small but completely functional. Beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. It’s everything you want in a crash pad at the beach. Highly recommend.

Stayed Feb 23, 2025Was disappointed with the lack of parking for my place. The listing did say first come/first serve. I was the first one and the lady upstairs sat outside beeping and told me to move our car because that was her spot. When I asked where our spot was they said we would have to pay if 1 of the 2 free spots were not available. Never heard of not having parking at my rooms. Needless to say, we were afraid to leave our free parking spot cause if we had to park in the paid parking lot it was 4:45 an hour. Also, the courtyard was filled with construction material - not a nice/calming place to look at. The neighbors were very loud at 11-12 at night coming up the stairs every night. The TV was buffering most of the time. To me, our place looked like an after thought...
