Stayed Aug 18, 2025Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Response time with any issues was spot on. AC splitter in bedroom was nice on warmer nights. Nice to have screens on windows and doors to catch the sea breeze. Beach parking pass is a huge plus.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022We loved the condo. Unit was appointed very well with nice furnishings that all seemed fairly new. Just about everything we could have expected to be provided was provided, and a little more. The location (less than a 5 minute walk to Mother’s beach) was fabulous. Neighborhood was very friendly as well. We would definitely return to this unit in the future!

Stayed Jul 19, 2020We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Kennebuck. The condo was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Close to the beach and a short drive from Kennebuckport. Perfect. Lauren and Nate where excellent and very attentive to any questions. Would stay again.
