It has 2 bedrooms plus a spacious den, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It has a patio out front where you can watch spectacular sunrises and enjoy the amazing view of the lake.

This space is located just yards away from Lake LBJ. It has access to all of the amenities of Rio Vista Resort and RV Park. Some of those amenities include a water trampoline, boat dock, swimming pool (seasonal), mini golf, and much more. Guests will also have their own boat slip to use during their stay.

You have access to the entire place including the lake, pool, hot tub, pool table, mini golf course etc. All the amenities of Rio Vista Resort there for you to use and enjoy!

Enjoyed our stay, it was relaxing and needed. However, we feel the grounds and pool could have been better kept .

After a short visit to the office, I quickly located Randy, the maintenance manager who came in and changed out the torn shower curtain and ordered a new dishwasher that he installed because the property's dishwasher didn't work. The kitchen utensils were limited, but adequate. There was no blob, the water trampoline shown as an enhancement for booking and the slide on the dock had been washed away in the flood 2 years ago, but that picture also remained on the website. So, there was definitely false advertising for a site that had NOT been updated. The pool was over taken in the evenings by adults partying which limited space for kids. There was trash on the grounds and not enough trash bins. The rec room was moldy and certainly didn't invite visitors. This was a late rental and no, I won't return.

Everything was very clean and it was right on the lake. Hot tub and pool were great too! Definitely would stay again!
