Stayed Apr 6, 2025The place was perfect for our party of four. We utilized all three bedrooms and everyone was well suited with the accommodations and amenities. Location was an easy walk to downtown Folly and easy twelve miles to Charleston.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Great location and a nicely renovated unit . Mattresses were not comfortable and the linens were scratchy , only 1 washcloth for each bedroom ( we had 6 people and only 3 washclothes.)

Stayed May 25, 2024Great place to stay in Folly Beach in spite of the sand renovation project in front of our unit. Pool was great and we were still able to enjoy part of the beach and so close to pier, restaurants and shopping. The spacious, well equipped villa was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The only thing I would replace is the shag rug in the living area. It showed visible stains. We would come back again.

Stayed May 18, 2024Condo exactly as advertised. Location perfect-1 block from restaurants. Good restaurants!! Management responded quickly to broken icemaker and door issue. Loved the whole experience. Will go back!
