Living Area:
The spacious living room offers ample seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping ocean views, and a sliding glass door leads to the fully furnished private balcony, where you can enjoy the sea breeze.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, providing everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The open-concept design ensures that the kitchen, dining area, and living room all share the stunning ocean views.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed with a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom and access to the private balcony.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed and shared access to a renovated bathroom with a fully tiled shower.
Bedroom #4: Two twin beds, located near the front of the condo, sharing the renovated bathroom with Bedroom #3.

Bathrooms:
Three modern bathrooms, including a fully renovated en-suite for the master bedroom and a shared bathroom with a fully tiled shower for Bedrooms #3 and #4. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

    Beautiful condo with comfortable beds. We like a nice mattress. Kitchen was stocked with good pots and pans. Could use new small skillet. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the beach. This unit was close to the elevator however it wasn't working due to construction. The extra walking didnt hurt us. Enjoyed our stay and eating local seafood. We will rent this one again. Been coming to OFV for over 25 yrs.

    The condo is very comfortable with beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. Our only problem was the elevator was constantly out of order, needs upgrade!

    I will start by saying, the unit itself was very nice! Very clean, spacious, and updated. Prime location to most everything on the island. Now, if you are needing an elevator for any reason, I would look elsewhere. There was one half-working elevator for the entire complex. The one elevator stopped working many times during our stay, which provided concern for handicap guest or guest physically unable to take the stairs. When addressed with the property representative, we were told it was being serviced. However, when having a conversation with local residents and property maintenance, these elevators have not been fully operable in over 6 years.

    Place was clean, all appliances worked, AC was cold. Honestly nothing bad to say about this condo. The views from the deck were amazing!

    Lots of inconvenience due to beach work and going around everything to get anywhere and elevators always messing up, but we love folly Beach
