Stayed Jun 14, 2025We loved our stay here and Wrightsville Beach overall! What a great town. This condo was very clean, check in and out process was easy, property manager was very responsive, view is amazing and location of the condo is ideal. There were only a few negatives. First, the laundry facilities are on site but not in the condo. The listing does not say that washer/dryer is in the condo but I had assumed this. It was not a big deal but a minor annoyance. Second, the key situation can be a bit cumbersome. I like the security. But our key into and out of the pool was tricky. Also, you are only given two keys and we had many people going in and out separately so it was annoying at times. That being said, the pool was very well maintained and clean. I also loved the storage by the pool for all of your beach supplies. We would stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Station One is the best location and a well kept property. Perfect vacation spot! Some issues with keys easily unlocking doors.
