The Space:

Welcome to your private coastal retreat, a beautiful two-story walk-up townhouse located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. This sun-drenched space is perfect for remote work, relocation, or a relaxing vacation.



Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony, enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The modern, fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. After a day of sun and sand, unwind in the comfortable living area.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Suite: King bed, cozy rocking chair, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom: One Queen bed and one Twin bed, plus a TV.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock on the front door; your unique access code will be provided 24 hours before check-in for convenient self-check-in.

* To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties, events, or smoking inside the home.

* Guests are asked to follow the simple rules outlined in the rental agreement to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

* Pre-Arrival : Before your stay, the primary guest will need to complete a quick pre-arrival form via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal. This ensures you’ll have everything needed for a smooth check-in.

* Streaming Services : All televisions include streaming apps. You are welcome to log in with your personal accounts—just remember to log out before you depart.
