St Augustine Beach Island Escape 2 bed,2 bath,1st floor condo steps to the beach

Hot tub was not in complex 3, which we didn’t expect. It was hard finding an open at times, but tubs were nice, warm and clean. The pools were clean and nice too. Your view from condo is parking lot not ocean view, but it was only close walk so that was nice.Condo was clean and host was good at communicating and friendly. We had a nice stay.

Lovely condo with a short walk to beach. Nice pool. Also stocked with books, games and dvds for indoor time. Close to everything. Host was very easy to work with. Great communication. Would recommend

The ocean was not visible from our room. It was a walk to the beach. The pool area was outstanding. The small patio outside the sliding doors of each unit was extremely small. Location of the property was excellent and fine restaurants nearby traffic was not an issue overall a pleasant day.

The property is beachside, so the walk to the beach was easy. Chairs and beach towels provided. Both pools are nice. Would recommend this property to others.

The condo was small but very clean. We had a little trouble securing the parking pass but the gentleman at the gate was very accommodating and helpful.

Great little condo. The bunk bed room was perfect for my kids. Everything I needed was supplied including beach chairs.

Well stocked condo; games, beach toys, kitchen implements, cleaning supplies, paper products; televisions in both bedrooms as well as living room. Host is very a attentive and answers any questions/concerns promptly.Easy beach access, beautiful pools.

This condo was great! It was on the first floor making the walk to the beach quick and painless! The beach was absolutely beautiful. The pool was very nice and so clean!! This was great for our small family. There were plenty of thing provided by the host like coffee, beach toys, chairs and soap

First time to St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach. Will definitely go back. The condo was great, clean and less than a 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the large resort pool. You can be downtown St. Augustine in about 15 - 20 mins. The condo is located on the 1st floor and you can literally park at the back door. Makes it convenient to unload and load your vehicle. Lisa was very quick to respond with any questions. Several restaurants within a 5 - 10 min. drive. Winn-Dixie and soon to be open Publix is right down the road. Would highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family with the two sets of bunkbeds. The condo was well furnished and the short walk to the beach was ideal. Pool is very nice. Our host Lisa was great. One thing which has nothing to do with the host or unit. This unit is in a large complex. We observed that the security people were absolutely rude and harsh when dealing with guests.

We had an amazing stay at this beach apartment! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach—and the setup made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time together. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a great time and definitely plan on coming back again. Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Communication was quick and the place had everything we needed. The resort felt safe and provided opportunities to play and relax. This was such a cool city to visit. We will definitely be returning.

Well maintained condo. Fully stocked with everything you could think of and more. Lisa was very proactive with communication and made our stay very comfortable. Not crazy about the hidden fees, though. Required damage “insurance” and parking fee only revealed after booking on vrbo. Felt a bit sleazy adjacent tbh.

We (a couple in our 60s) stayed at the Island Escape for 9 days in February-March 2025. We could not have been more pleased. The property was clean as a whistle, thoughtfully supplied with books, games, and puzzles, and well outfitted for cooking. It is an easy 10-15 minute drive into historic St. Ajgustine, and a 3 minute walk to the beautiful and spacious SA beach. The residents in the community were super friendly and we even went to bingo night at the community center. Communicating with the host was great and she was very responsive. We would rent there again for sure!

This condo was perfect for four of us. Our grinders stayed in the bunk bed room for 3 nights and had no complaints. We loved the master bedroom with en-suite.The building was quiet, we met one of the neighbors (a bonus in our book) and we’d definitely rent here again.

Condo was great. It is the perfect size, everything you could possibly need is provided and it was exceptionally clean. The property manager, Lisa is very friendly and quick to respond when you have a question. We would rent again if ever in the area.

The condo was very clean , the owner provided a lot of little extras that made the stay even better. Great location ,just steps so the beach , nice size swimming pools , close to a lot of great restaurants. Will definitely be back !

The Condo was just what we were looking for. The location was great, it was very clean, and well equipped with beach apparatuses, washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. Also games, puzzles and movies available. The beds were very comfortable. My grandkids had a blast and want to go back again soon. We almost got the jigsaw puzzle done. Thanks Lisa for such a marvelous long weekend. Would definitely recommend it.
