St Augustine Beach Condo w/ Patio & Pool Access!

Gated community with a super large pool and ocean front view. Very well stocked condo that was clean and had comfortable beds. Lots of games, books, pool and beach supplies. Basic cooking spices and oils with a well stocked kitchen with every appliance available. Very close drive to restaurants and a mall. Easy access to downtown St Augustine. Extremely clean complex with friendly staff.

We had a wonderful time. This property has all the conveniences of home! Can't wait to stay here again!

Great location! Well stocked with everything you could ever need for a perfect beach vacation!

This is our 4th year staying at Colony Reef Club and while I absolutely recommend staying at CRC (beautiful grounds, perfect for families, great location, food trucks, etc) I can't say that I would recommend this particular unit.  The ground floor location is nice and close to the pool and the unit is well stocked but that's about where it ends for us. As soon as we walked in the door, a very musty smell immediately hit us in the face. When the fan in the master bathroom was on (auto with light) there was a sewage smell that lasted for hours.  It was so overwhelming that we were in the front office the next morning to see if they had any other units available. My husband noticed that there were water bubbles behind the wall in the master bath and mold on the ceiling. We contacted the property manager, Paula, asking for her to call us. We received a text later that maintenance was on the way and that the bathroom was fine the day before. Maintenance came, discovered the toilet above our unit was leaking. Plumbers came, fixed the toilet above us. The smell was a little better but did not completely go away. I understand things happen, especially at popular condos such as CRC that stay busy year-round, but we didn't receive any follow up communication from the property manager which I thought was a little odd. We spent as much time out of the unit as possible, only to sleep and shower. We had to re-wash all of our clothes when we got home because they smelled so bad from this unit. Beach is beautiful, highly recommended Colony Reef Club, just not this unit.

This was one of the most well-stocked beach rentals we've ever stayed in! We always come prepared for any house rental, but there was quite a lot we never even took out of our cargo carrier. This place has a beach cart, boogie boards, balls, sand toys, inflatables, 2 umbrellas. Everything you need for the beach and pool. Inside were plenty of beach towels and regular towels. The condo itself is in a great location. We have 3 kids, ages 20, 17, 14 and it was nice being so close to the pool and beach and they were able to come/go on their own. It's a very family friendly atmosphere with kids playing games on the lawn in the evenings. The pool closed at 9pm and it was quiet hours at 10pm so there wasn't any loud music or craziness outside late at night. It was honestly really lovely!

No one present when we arrived on Sunday at 4. Had to call emergence number. Could not get our car passes until Monday. When we went to the office around 8, no one present. Could not get the passes until late afternoon. Other than that, the 4 days were uneventful. Nice condo

Our family enjoyed our week at Sandy Feet! The condo had everything we needed, and we loved St. Augustine.The area was safe and family-friendly, with lots to do, and we had some some wonderful walks and sunrises on the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and played quite a bit of pickleball.Thanks so much for sharing your home with us, we really enjoyed our time!

The property was beautifully maintained and even had carts to use when unloading groceries and personal belongings. The Sandy Feet home had everything you could possibly need and more. We didn't need one thing that the home didn't already provide. The view from the patio was so beautiful looking at the pool and the ocean in the background. Our breakfast on the patio was a great start to our day. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay.

Location was great. We were 10 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine and had easy access to the beach when we returned to our unit.This was a large rental. Nice size, bathrooms, and bedrooms with nice living room area and patio. We had everything we needed. The unit was as described. We could see the beach and the poo,l and it was very clean. The only reason I gave communication a four instead of a five was there was no communication via messages on the VRBO app. However, when I contacted VRBO and requested that the owner communicate with me for the check in procedures I immediately received a text with the correct information and an email.

Loved the 1st floor with a nice patio with views of pool and ocean. Short walk over boardwalk to the ocean! Condo was well stocked with pool towels, goggles, soft cooler, coffee k cups , seasonings , family games and brochures filled with activities. Short drive to downtown, historic st Augustine.

Easy check-in and check-out. Unit was well stocked and clean. Living room had plenty of sitting for the family. Great location to the beach, outdoor pool, and Indoor pool.

Large condo, convenient to pool and beach. Well stocked with pool and beach accessories and toys. Complex is great for families and first floors allow acces for lawn and pool.
