The unit was large, quiet, and clean! Close to everything Key Largo! New appliances. Owner was great, easy check in and out!

Overall, I would stay at this property again with no hesitation. Marianne was excellent. What minimal issues we did have, she responded to and solved immediately. The area of this property doesn't get better and what is offered is excellent. Lagoon, marina, numerous pools, and it's beautiful. Excellent restaurants very close by and within walking distance. Walking the grounds was also very enjoyable every day. Free kayaks and paddleboards for guest use. So much to do for adults and kids. The condo is loaded with whatever you need. Only improvements I suggest to the property owner is to replace the couch, which was so old it sagged, but we didn't use it so it didn't matter. And the mattresses are fairly old without support. The floor is swept, not mopped, so your feet get dirty (black) within minutes but we just wore our sandals or socks. Other than that, the place was fantastic and met our needs. Can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The tower pool was perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. Private laundry and two bathrooms were really nice. The host and cleaning personnel were easy to reach. The only thing I would recommend is new living and dining room furniture; the couch, chairs, and stools were not comfortable for gathering around the tv after a day in the sun. Thank you for providing beach towels. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed. We had lots of fun and the views are stunning.

We enjoyed the property. The keys were a little difficult to access I believe because the lock box is older. An upgraded one would be nice. We stayed 2 nights and slept great both nights! Some leftover food was seen stuck on the silverware which kind of grossed us out. The rug at the front entryway should be removed as it doesn’t stay put on the floor and could easily be a tripping hazard. The bathrooms are updated and nice but the furniture could use an update. The pool was great and very close to the unit. The fishing area is kind of a hike but reasonable.

Clean pretty unit with a lot of space!! Excellent location with a special pool and so close to the beach area where you can watch sunsets and sun rises. We also sat and had a fire on the beach. True paradise. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The grounds were great, lots to see and do. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. Communication was perfect.

Upsides: Beautiful picturesque location with view of the harbor and water. Enjoyed coffee each morning with a sunrise walk and watched a sunset from the convenient jetty. Lots of cool birds and fish. House was as pictured, cute costal decor. Host was very responsive when we needed assistance with door code. Property has security and is close to restaurants.Downsides were waking up with itchy bug bites that multiplied each morning, I had over 100 bites after day 3. Its been 2 weeks and they are beginning to subside. I slept in the king bed and no one else was bothered. We had no AC the last night/morning (batteries needed changed in the wall unit is what we were told). Checkin was a bit bumpy, I was not aware there would be an emailed form for me to complete. I had to contact the host for the key code. Once we accessed the property, front gate security phoned at 10:30pm, waking us to tell us we were not registered to be there and the property was registered to a different guest. They agreed to contact the host to resolve. We had a sweaty final morning packing with no AC. The housekeeper came as we were leaving. We had consolidated all trash as requested (even empting bathroom garbage to the kitchen bag). The house keeper then handed us the bag of kitchen garbage to dispose of and told us we should be able to locate a dumpster. Off we went with a bag of garbage loaded in our rental car, not the best experience after packing, stripping all beds and running the dishwasher.

The condo was beautiful and spacious and well stocked. When we first arrived the weather was warm and we used the pool once. Then a cold front came through and it was too cool to use the pool. The water cooled way down after that. Also it would be nice if the pool had bathroom facilities and a hot tub to use when it is cooler outside. The 3b elevator broke down on our last day when we were loading up to leave. We’d like to thank our hosts for a beautiful condo and for the discounted Nov pricing which made our stay possible! We would love to come back next year!

We love Key Largo, all the fun of Key West but without the crowds. This is a great condo located on a beautiful property with so many wonderful amenities. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well appointed. The owner and the housekeeper were so easy to work with, and the sunsets of Key Largo did not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and has everything you need for your stay. I especially appreciated that it is pet friendly. We didn’t use the pool but the beach area with the covered seating was very relaxing. Great communication with the host!

Loved it! Our kids not so little anymore but there was a nice mix of family friendly people and a beautiful place to visit.

The lagoon was awesome we fed the fish and snorkeled. The condo was comfortable with a good view of the harbor. A few things to note there is no gym or hot tub and the pools closed at dark not 10 as advertised. The beach was not usable because of the seaweed which couldn't be helped.

Beautiful home, clean and had all we needed, no problems at all with one of the swimmjng pools right outside the condo which made it very convenient. Only thing that would have made it over the top was to have a sandy beach with swimming area on site, otherwise, it was great!

Everything was great except floors were dirty and patio furniture was dusty. Other than that everything else was great. Cleaning ladies were very nice. I’m thinking they may not have had enough time to clean all properties on time.

First, this condo is *huge*! There's a large, well-stocked kitchen (all the supplies you could possibly need), a huge living room space, two bathrooms (one lovely, the other nice and functional), and two large bedrooms. There's a small-ish desk that looks out over housing, a marina, and has some views of the water. The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable and nice. There were a few spots where some age showed like a rusty corner of a window but nothing you would notice on first glance and the overall feeling is terrific, clean, and spacious. The condo is in the larger, gated Kawama Yacht Club community. You have access to 3 well-used, clean and refreshing pools surrounded by lots of seats. Perhaps best of all, though, is the lagoon. There are so many fish (including large tarpon, several rainbow parrot fish and lots of smaller things like sargeant majors) in here with several excellent viewing spots. There's a beach and 'dock' to swim from too. It was too windy to go out to the reef when we were in Key Largo so this was truly the best spot we found for sheltered snorkelling. The complex also has a beach, jetty, and outdoor spaces. The beach had some sargassum on it when we went, so we swam in other spots. The host and the cleaner are both very communicative and easy to get in touch with. This location is 4-5 minutes from the overseas highway which has a number of restraurants on it. You are 5 minutes driving from CVS, Walgreens, coffee, takeout, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Kawama. The condo was spacious with two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, living room, dining area and balcony with marina / ocean view. The condo was clean. Outside areas a little dingy in some spots but fine. Our boys loved the lagoon for a salt water swim with the fish. The pools were very nice as well. The jetty / marina area had a bit of a brackish smell from seaweed but a good walk. Very close to good restaurants. We enjoyed High Tide and Key Largo Fisheries.

We were looking for a ni e quiet get and thats what we got. It was nice and clean condo. The manager and stsff were grrat as well. Our only disappointment was that there was no sandy beach. There was a coral sand walk way and a nice coral sand beachy area at the land locked lagoon within the community. That disappointment was more due to our lack of knowledge of the area. Sandy beaches arent really around in the keys. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Visited with my Mother, sister and cousin. Felt very safe with the gated security. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Location was great! The beach, marina, pool were all very close by. And the condo was fabulous and very well stocked.

We enjoyed the amenities at the Yacht Club very much. It was never too busy. Very quiet at night. Close to other entertainment and good restaurants.

My wife, sons (26,23) and a guest has a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and large enough to spread out. Marianne is an excellent host who promptly communicates. Loved it!

Love this community. Lots to do without leaving the area. Friendly people. Hope to return again!

We were in Key Largo with family to have a celebration of life for a family member. Our rental was perfect for the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was perfect for our adult family of 4. Had lots of room to spread out. Pool was amazing. The grounds were beautiful. The beach was definitely a plus. Watched the sun rise every morning. The condo was tucked back off the main highway. Very quiet. The location was perfect. Took day trips and was able to visit all of the Keys. You won't be disappointed.

Convenient access for sight-seeing. Close to the African Queen, a little over an hour to Bahia Honda State Park.

Condo was in perfect location with respect to getting to various areas of Key Largo and you can’t beat the short walk to the jetty to see beautiful sunsets. Condo had everything we needed for our stay there. This is our 2nd time staying at this particular unit and we’ll be back!

Beautiful unit...spacious....everything u need. Wonderful resort and amenities. Gracious host and just a great place to unwind and relax!! Our 2nd time there in 2 months and are planning on bringing more family and friends down soon!!! Totallrecctecommend

The communication with the owner and check in information was awesome. She was very fast to respond to questions while we were on site too. We found the beds to be hard and small (All beds seem to be fulls not queens). It was nice to have access to pool towels and extra towels as needed and the laundry on site. We ended up moving the sofa closer to the TV for me to read close captions and brought in some brighter lights from the second bedroom for reading. Nice updated bathrooms.

We stayed when we had to evacuate from hurricane Milton. Wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the beautiful property

The location worked well for our 2 days of diving. Rental was spacious for 2 couples and very clean.
