Large & Spacious 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo with Updated New Furnishings

An appealing, ground floor three bedroom, two bath condo at Sports Village, Building X, is friendly getaway for anyone searching for absolute comfort with a hint of the outdoors, inside.

As you enter to the immediate right are double doors that open to one of the bedrooms. To the left, is the open living room with an off white sectional, fawn leather sofa, and brick red leather rocker and ottoman. Your eye cannot help but be taken in by the vibrant “Fatali” photos giving the room its focal point above the fireplace. To the left of the fireplace is a 51 inch flat screen with Blue-Ray. The living room possess an over all feeling of bringing the beauty of the red desert into the living space.

The spacious dining area connects to the living room. Mocha faux leather chairs seat eight at the table. Tucked to the right is the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, an electric stove and all other utensils that you will need to create your favorite family meals.

From the kitchen and to the left the tiled corridor leads to the sleeping quarters. To the left side of the hall behind screen doors, is where the full size washer and dryer are kept for your use an convenience. The hallway T's off, down the right, the first door on the left is one of the bathrooms. The second door on the left is a second bedroom with two sets of Cherry wood bunk beds. All four mattresses are twin size, fashioned in white and light green. To the right is another entrance to the first bedroom that one is acquainted with on first entry of the condo. This room has a queen bed dressed with a modern flair in colors of red, gray and black and a thirty-two 'inch tube TV with DVD.

Down the hall is the second bathroom with a garden tub. Both bathrooms are adorned in a contemporary style in colors of white, black and gray. The master bedroom occupies the end of the hall. With dark wood sleek, streamline furniture and more eye catching, vibrant colored photos of the Utah desert. The king size bed is attired in shades of navy, silver and black it also has access to back yard and a twenty-one inch flat screen in the room.

The back porch facing east has plenty of seating for a very large party. A definite perk of this particular location is that it provides a fantastic view of the city below and mountains in the distance.     This is the worst home we have ever stayed in. The only decent mattresses were the twins in the bunk room. The house has shifted leaving major cracks through out the house leaving the back doors not sealed correctly. Is it even structurally stable? We even had a mouse (or a rat?) run right past us through the kitchen and dining room. Dishes we tried to use were dirty. Hair left in the shower. Do not stay here.
