Spend Mother’s Day Weekend at the beach! New low rates!

Hot tub heated but no jets. The inside was impecably clean and super stocked with everything. The porch furniture is majorly dated & rusty. I put a towel on the metal as not to get cut by rusty parts. 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrella wonderful. No sofa. Only love seat & few chairs all were very stiff. Need upgraded. Beds were fabulous on the firm side.There is an area by the beach toys & floats for the kids. The area is high end. We loved Camillas resturant across the street & Alvins souvenier shop.Great easy parking in a gated resort bldg. We loved it. The property manager was super helpful. We would recommend this penthouse. Hope to come again.

Perfect spot, great view. Rough first day trying to get codes and passes for parking. The letter from the owner is really out dated. She needs to update it. We still had a great time.

The condo was beautiful - it was exactly as described in the listing. The condo is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and laundry room! We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas and our kids loved all of the techy features of the condo! Communication with the property manager was great. Always got prompt responses! We can’t wait to stay again!

The day dream penthouse was one of the most magnificent places that we have ever stayed at in Destin. It is highly technology controlled which was easy to learn and very fun to use. This place had everything you could imagine which made our trip so much more enjoyable! This unit is extremely professionally decorated with special touches throughout the entire unit. The ocean and beach view from the balcony and the penthouse unit is one of the best along the coast!I highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates everything it has to offer.

Spectacular high end beach home! Well stocked, upper end everything from showers to kitchen. Every appliance imaginable, we ate out a lot but if you like to cook you will be amazed. Beautiful view up and down the coast. Nicely decorated throughout all rooms, tricky tvs need instruction if at all possible would be helpful, but we eventually figured them out. Very comfortable pillow top beds and feather pillows no need to bring your own. Will stay here again next year if available.

Great condo with a great view!

Condo was great, kitchen was well stocked, location was amazing, communication with host was prompt and professional. Only issue was parking (only 2 vehicles allowed) so if you are going with multiple couples (like we did) and each have their own vehicle, you'll need to work out the parking. Host provided local options for us to use, but it did require some extra work/cost, but overall did not detract from a great experience. All of our guests said it was the best beach experience they have had. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Nice, clean condo; great location. We all enjoyed our stay. The loft bedroom was a little hard to get up and down (small spiral staircase), but the kids liked playing up there. The property owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries.

Place was beautiful and perfect location. It was amazing how many amenities the condo had.

This is the most well stocked property I have ever stayed in! The view was absolutely amazing! I literally went home and bought the same sheets….the beds were so comfortable! It was so nice to have chair service every day on a private beach area! Thank you for having my family and making our stay wonderful!
