** Spectacularly Remodeled **, Pet Friendly, 4BR/4BA Ocean View Villa in OIB

I always love staying here. The pictures don’t do it justice!

The beds were wonderful! At least the bed I slept in. Usually VRBO beds leave a bit to be desired. All the linens were great. Place was very clean. Location was excellent on a quiet street for walking dogs. If we stay at Ocean Isle again we'll stay here.

The location and convenience to the beach is a 5 star!! Great decor and super easy to coordinate with owner

This was the perfect place for my book club retreat! Easy walk to the beach and beautiful ocean views.

nice condo, good location

We enjoyed the condo being close to the beach and pool. There were a few issues with some repairs of the condo but nothing major. I have enjoyed the unit 2 years in a row and thankful we have been able to book at the time we wanted.

We had an absolutely wonderful time!! Me, my husband, sister, son and 4 of his friends had plenty of room whether inside or out. We never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked to cook anything we wanted to cook. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

The property has a great location and is updated . However, all our beds had sand in them when we arrived because they obviously not washed inbetween guests

This is my second extended stay at this house. This year they added some fun perks like sheets/linens/towels/bedding and even decorated the towels like on a cruise. The extra housekeeping perks were a great touch. The view never gets old here!

We were not able to get into the condo early like promised. The King sized bed was terrible! It was so hard, you could feel springs sticking up to the mattress. The TV in the King bedroom wouldnt work. The TV in the livingroom required registration. There was no mention of bunk beds in the listing.

This was our 5th time staying in this unit, we will never stay anywhere else!! We already have our spring trip booked!

We enjoyed our time at this house. Location was great and plenty do space for the family. Toys for the kids and dog friendly were a huge plus!

Location was perfect, and the rocking chairs on the porch were a plush! The villa was absolutely perfect......cleaniness was a plus! Spot on. Beautifully decorated with a beautiful view of the ocean! Loved Ocean Isle Beach, the beauty of it, and the quaint feeling of the island. Highly recommend this place.

Favorite beach stay so far! Every summer around the same time our family heads east to the ocean. We couldnt resist the view, the location and the price!! Comfortable & tasteful decor, inside & out, well-stocked kitchen, AC worked well. Comfortable beds. Quiet and safe area. Quick walk to beach access. Pool a nice option. Likely to return for future visits.

Overall it was a nice stay with a few minor issues. Condo was not cleaned very well when we arrived did some cleaning on our own. Liked the location to pool and beach. Booked for next year on same day of departure so notice on frog say 100 off. Please confirm that for me. We booked Aug 9-16-25. Is there a waiting list for this property we would like a date in July if someone cancels. Thank you and would love to hear back.

This condo was perfect for our group of three families – six adults and six kids and a dog. It’s right next to the clubhouse with a giant pool and beach access. It’s about a two minute walk. Great view of the ocean from the porch. The only negative was that linens were not included, but that’s not stopping us from planning another trip to this place! Highly recommended!

The property is wonderful and the host is super easy to communicate with.

Loved the condo. Pool was about two football fields away but an easy walk.
