Spectacular views and relaxing ocean breezes!

Great condo in excellent location. Decor very carefully coordinated. Completely stocked with everything that anyone would need, and then some. Very comfortable king bed in master.

We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped and very comfortable beach front condo. We enjoyed being at the quieter end of the Daytona Beach resort community having stayed in many other busier locations along Daytona Beach. There is easy access to restaurants and shopping with a lot less traffic than even 1 mile south of Ormond Beach. If you are looking for a calmer place to stay, this is it. The kitchen is very nicely equipped with everything you'll need, the bedrooms likewise, and the beds are very comfortable! Our only complaint was the cushions on the couch tend to sink into the framework of the sofa bed making it a little uncomfortable to sit for any length of time. Otherwise, this is a great unit that has marvelous beach access and terrific sunrise views.

Fantastic condo that was better than the pictures give it credit. Everything was great about our stay except the weather. If you are going to be stuck inside all day this is a great place with a great view.

The location and ocean views were perfect!! Misc supplies excellent. Could use a coat of paint and a few updates, but value for what we paid was good.

Yes. Had some TV issues, but eventually figured out. Enjoy the Ormond beach area. Been coming for 6 years now. Usually stay in hotels.

This was a lovely condo with everything you’d need. We enjoyed wagon for toting thing in and out. Host Andrea was wonderful

The host sent all the needed check-in information a couple days in advance, when ch was very helpful. There was a box of chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. The unit had a lot of extras, like extra TP, towels, beach chairs, hand soap. Things that some places make you purchase on your own. So, that was quite helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our trip, and the view of the beach was spectacular. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Very relaxing, you can hear the ocean waves and we love the natural beach and sea oats! Wish there was a “hot tub” at the pool. Enjoyed the garden tub for relaxing soaks after being in the sun all day! We even cooked a home made dinner and enjoyed several movies, playing cards and relaxing on the balcony. All furnishings were very comfortable!

Andrea is a fantastic host! Beautiful condo, very comfortable bed & bedding. Quality toiletries. Perfect view of ocean. Nice, quiet area of town but close enough to Daytona.

Wow! Such a beautiful property and it was extremely clean and well-appointed with all of the essentials we needed. I will miss mornings on the deck, enjoying coffee and listening to the soothing ocean waves. Andrea was an extremely responsive host, and we absolutely loved our first visit to Ormond Beach. I believe we will be back and would love to stay in this amazing property again.

We love this property. Nice secure building. We've stayed in other units in this bldg but prefer this one. It's on the north end. There are one story homes to the north so the view is not limited. It's on the the sixth floor. Great view. The bldg has 10 floors but I personally don't want to be any higher. Easy beach access with beautiful ramp. only 3 steps at the bottom. Great for the BIL before his hip surgery!

I loved the porch and the view. The property had lots of little extras like cookies & coffee in kitchen and beach chairs, toys, and towels. There were lots of stores and restaurants close.

All the details were taken care of..,the little things like lots of towels, chocolates, container of pens/pencils/etc. Lots of places to plug in devices. Gorgeous view from a comfortable balcony. We were delighted!

This is a beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, up to date, and the owners thought of EVERYTHING. You can tell they spend time here. The view is beyond compare from this 6th floor balcony- that has comfortable and clean outdoor furnishings to enjoy. Very detailed instructions (be sure to read their Welcome Manual) , on how to use remotes, thermostat, etc. The beach doesn’t have a lot of lounge space at high tide, but honestly, the large balcony was SO comfortable and you are RIGHT ON the beach- that I preferred it. Beach access was EASY. Just out the front door and a short walk around the side of the building by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very comfortable and offered an amazing panoramic view of the ocean. We truly had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. Hurricane Milton was a bit of a downer and a little scary but the building is quite safe and one of the managers put down the hurricane shutters. We hope to return in the future to six days of Florida sunshine and the resting sound of the surf.

Lovely condo

Was a nice condo right on the beach had a nice out door pool and it was close to the grocery store and the donut shop restaurants also !The only problem I had didn’t have the code for the condo to even get in it was after five and we were outside looking in and had no number to call other place were I stayed they would give me the codes a couple days before we checked in ! I got worried but it all got resolved Thanks for renting your condo to us we enjoyed it !

This was the last stay on a two week road trip around the Southeast. Owner Andrea was available and replied quickly. Unit is clean, beds comfy, and the place is very well-equipped - not like many rentals with NO supplies whatsoever. We cooked many meals in the condo, hosted local friends, and thoroughly enjoyed the beach. The assigned parking spot in the underground garage is a bonus. Great neighborhood - Dunkin and Publix across the street, but very little traffic compared to Atlantic Ave down in Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach - this is actually Ormond-By-The Sea, a quiet community. Beach is also uncrowded because of this (no driving on the beach here!). The pool is nice - don't be put off by the lack of umbrellas - it's in the shade by 3 p.m. We will definitely stay here again.

Andrea is a wonderful host! There is a notebook containing very helpful info on how to operate tvs, appliances, etc. This place is well-stocked with just about everything I needed. The area is quiet & safe. The view is awesome & the furniture very comfortable! I'll be back!

Property was wonderful. Nice and quiet and 180 degree views of the Ocean. Entrance into building could use updates.

Andrea is a gracious host. The easiest check-in you could imagine with a garage parking space. Condo is big, clean and has everything you need and more. Large balcony with beautiful view of ocean. She supplied us with everything we needed. Feels like home. We will be back.
