With its own beach, golf course, restaurant, and tennis court, the Resort makes the most of its exceptional location. In this condo. Enjoy a spacious living room with a dining table for four, cozy sofa and chair, and a large TV as well. All with a sliding door that opens onto the patio, and grounds beyond.

The Resort is set on Mogote Peninsula, just beyond La Paz.In fact, you only access the Resort from Resort water taxi. Once at the Resort, you will enjoy a long strip of beach on the Sea of Cortez, along with the highly regarded golf course, restaurants, and tennis court.

~ Large kitchen full of light, lots of cabinets, and a granite counter tops round with custom lighting. You will find all the appliances, cookware, and more for a complete cooking experience. Four high back stools line the counter for extra informal dining options.
~ Both bedrooms are oriented on the oceanside of the Resort. The main bedroom features a King bed, and attached bathroom with shower, double sink vanity, and a raised tub.
~ The second bedroom has its own bathroom too, as well as two Double beds. Large TV's in both bedrooms.
~ Out on the patio, enjoy the ocean breeze at the large dining table. Each bedroom opens out onto the patio with seating by your sliding glass door.
