Spectacular oceanfront at quiet end of boardwalk at Rudee Inlet SEE SPECIALS.

Great view, comfortable place, great host,needed to extend our stay without any issues.

It was a lovely place to stay. We had plenty of room for all of us.

We did not have adequate hot water in the bathroom shower and the water pressure is terrible in both sink and shower nearest the entrance to th unit.The television did not work to watch the Super Bowl in our unit. The TvS are too old so we had to watch the Super Bowl in the lobby which was very cold despite turning the heater up. The pool Is closed for renovations which was not mentioned on vrbo or by the owner. This pool was the primary reason I chose the facility for a winter get away. There were roaches in the dishwasher this morning. The elevator 1 was not working and the second one was making loud noises every time it was used. The directions for entrance coming from email and text is confusing. And we spent 899 dollars for a 3 day stay in a sub par facility. Also 1 towel per guest is not enough for a 3 days stay. The ocean very was nice.

I was in town for business and this condo was a great “work” escape.

Great location. Nice ocean views. South part of the strip a tad less crowded. Wateremans right next door is awesomeI am a local who moved from the area and come back a few times yearly to visit friends and the beach so I know the area well and places to stay on the strip and this is a great option.

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately the kitchen had ants in the dishwasher and some roaches. The Master bath also had roaches. The wifi info in the condo was incorrect and there was no info on the amenities of the facility. Also, the pool was closed when we were there.

My family and I had a great stay. Very nice view of the ocean and plenty of amenities close by.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to the ocean, local attractions, and easy to get around. Our family loved being able to walk right out to the beach and pier. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax after long beach days, and the kitchen made meals super convenient.The host was responsive and helpful, which made check-in and our entire stay stress-free. This trip gave us great memories, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The property is perfectly located to beach front. The issue we found was that, although, non smoking, there was a lot of smoking from neighboring balconies, which made it hard for us to fully enjoy ours. The unit is nice just not as clean as we would have liked. Howard and his team were great at responding to our questions and concerns during our stay. Overall, we would probably stay again just maybe in the off season might be better.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great ocean view, bedrooms were clean and very large, extra beach toys and chairs if you needed anything. I also really appreciated the extra help with additional parking at the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Howard was great with everything we needed. He even went as far as to help us with parking in the event our vehicle didn't fit in the parking deck. We didn't need it fortunately but he went the extra mile to communicate with us. I wish the property would've had an outdoor pool though. Would definitely go back.

The stay was great. Awesome views, perfect location and easy access to the beach. Only negative was there was still sand on the counters upon arrival but that’s all

We were in town for work but wanted to stay close to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and check in and out were super easy. The boardwalk, ocean and many restaurants are so close. It was a great visit!

Very clean and had everything you would need plus some! View of the Atlantic was exactly what you're looking for. Elevator was fast and the building was not too busy. Condos are quiet, we had neighbors with children but did not hear them even once. Air conditioning worked excellent without and moisture. The beds were comfortable, slept like a baby. The waves were not too big or too small. One of the best vacations in a very long time. The host was very available and responsive to any questions. A highly recommend and would for sure book the exact same condo again.

Our stay was wonderful! Check in process and codes all worked and was super easy. Communication with Howard’s was quick and efficient and helpful whenever I did have a question. The ocean was beautiful, saw lots of dolphins. Location is awesome and within walking distance of all the fun shops and cool restaurants. The condo building itself is older but it was clean and stocked nicely and all the furniture was comfortable. We really had no complaints and I would definitely come back to this same unit again!

Howard was great. Good place but could do with upgrades and aesthetic improvements. All in all ok place. Beds awesome! Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and very well maintained. Everything (except food) was provided, which made it like home away from home. 5 stars for sure!!!

The view is amazing and the condo came with everything we could want. Howard always responded quickly. We had some travel snafus and Howard let us know that the condo would be there for us.

What a stunning building! It offers a serene atmosphere, convenient onsite parking, and direct access to the beautiful beachfront. With fantastic restaurants and charming shops just a leisurely stroll away, and its close proximity to the Navy base, this location couldn’t be more perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

The place was neat and everything we needed was included. Check in/out was very easy. You can’t beat the location- beachfront with a playground for kids! We would stay here again.

Great visit and very comfortable beds.Loved the chair by balcony - could have stayed in it forever looking at the ocean.Only one car spot made it hard when we had two cars.

First: VRBO. My cc was charged on 12/28.2024. CC was not supposed to be charged immediately as I had till Jan. 6 to change/cancel. On Ja. 3 I changed my reservation from 18 days to 14 days but I was denied a credit. I am asking for this credit.Condo: we had aunts in the kitchen all the time coming from ceiling, faucet in bath tub second bedroom not working properly, water not hot; carpet in second bedroom is filthy. Building: Could not use pool, dirty water with algae. Due to our complaint, pool was cleaned but no follow-up. Two days later was the same. Lot of stain in pool plaster.

It was a very comfortable visit for our family members.

This was a great unit. It had everything that we needed for a relaxing vacation. We got a little rain on Saturday afternoon, but it didn't ruin anything because of the balcony that look over the boardwalk and the beach. We enjoyed drinks and watched the surfers until the rain stopped. In front of the unit was plenty of shopping and places to eat. It was comforting to know that security was always available. Howard was a great host and was always available for any questions we had. We plan on coming back to Virigina and hope this unit will be available when we return.

Our second time staying with this host at this location. We enjoyed our time, just wished we would have researched what was going on at the beach beforehand as there was a lot of construction for the ECSC.

The property is located in a perfect place so the beach is not over crowded. Easy check-in and out instructions. It was nice not to worry about a room key. Staff at the condo were very pleasant and helpful. Condo was clean. The property manager was always quick with a response if you needed anything..highly recommend!!!!

Our stay Aug 4 -9 was very enjoyable! This was our first time at VB, and the location was great, the beach was not crowded, and the shopping was easily accessible by walking. Our unit was clean and very functional for 4 adults and 2 teens. The pool was clean, check in was easy, and parking garage was accessible with our SUV. Our host communicated well and in a timely manner. The balconies were being worked on but our view was not obstructed and they started working well after we went to the beach most days. We were able to use the space every evening. Highly recommend this host and location for a relaxing stay at the beach!

Check-in was fine. We stayed from a Saturday to a Wednesday. Howard provided garage and condo codes in advance, and the Dolphin Run staff confirmed everything was good to go. Initially, the condo seemed fine, but upon entering we immediately noticed the view was obstructed with construction ropes. Things went downhill from there. The bedsheets were dirty with hair and crumbs. Despite notifying Howard and sending pictures, we didn't receive a response for TWO days, and the issue was never resolved. The floors were also dirty with food remnants found in multiple rooms. The WiFi was unreliable, which is definitely not ideal for remote work or streaming a conference call. The network is apparently shared with all of Dolphin Run and has known capacity issues. On our second day, the power went out briefly, leaving only one elevator operational. The view and beach access were also obstructed by a large black tube, part of some dredging project? Morning surf classes also limited ocean access. Construction on the balconies resumed Monday and Tuesday, with loud sawing at 8am disrupting our mornings. The sound was very unpleasant. Overall, the stay was not great. The condo felt run-down, which seems typical for older beachfront properties. The indoor pool was decent, and there were at least some nearby restaurants and shops. Howard was initially responsive but less so after issues arose. I can't recommend this place or Dolphin Run. We won't be returning.
