*The main bedroom of the home has a Queen bed along with a Flat Screen TV (cable and wi-fi included!). The attached bathroom features a walk in shower.

*The second bedroom is great for your over night guests and family and has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom is easily accessed from the hallway leading to the bedroom

*The kitchen is well equipped with appliancesand plenty of prep space. Towels, linens, basic kitchen wares (dishes, cutlery, microwave etc.) are provided. Table & 4 chairs on lanai.

*There is a four top dining space and you can enjoy a al fresco meal on the lanai.

*Relax after a long day at the beach, shopping or at the pool in the family room with its modern, comfy furnishings. There is a large, flat screen TV for you to use and enjoy and keep up with your favorite shows.

*No need to worry about going to the laundromat as this unit comes with a full sized washer and dryer.

Enjoy the Florida landscape from the screened and covered lanai and enjoy our famous sunshine and cool breezes.

This is a self check in property. All reservations must be paid in full and approved by the HOA prior to checking in.
