Stayed Jun 30, 2025this was the worst vacation my family has ever experienced, The place was poorly run down and very dirty ,it was way too expensive for not being up kept, The property management is HORRIBLE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER rent with Newman daily, they had lots information wrong and they are very hard to communicate with,They do not listen , never again, I would say save your money it is not worth the price at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the property management is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! unless this unit was completely redone , don't go, it is so gross

Stayed Apr 29, 2025I will never book through Newman-Dailey property management group again. Terrible customer service in that they seemed bothered with normal check-in questions. We asked if we could use the amenities (swimming pool) until our unit was ready and we were told a curt “no”. Another group we traveled with was allowed to use the amenities until their room was ready… they of course used a more reputable management group. The dish washer was broken and we had roaches in our unit and when we reported the insect issue, nothing was done about it. We have been coming to Silver Shells for many years - this was the worse experience we have ever had.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This condo is perfect for our family traveling with teen girls. The beds are comfy, sofa and living room furniture provide comfortable seating, and the kitchen is well appointed. The beach view from this unit is fabulous. The private elevator provides quick transport between the beach and your home away from home in Destin. Don't miss the beachside SandBar for the absolute best snacks and cocktails. The staff is friendly and offer a great concierge service. The Spa at Silver Shells provides excellent massage service. Ask for Tina and Larry!

Stayed May 8, 2024We checked in after hours and found it to be time consuming. There was a kernel of popcorn and wadded up paper under the couch. The bathroom door wasn't clean. Otherwise, the place was very clean.
