Stayed May 7, 2025Overall very satisfied with this Condo, location, and closeness to the beach. This is a very quiet location. On the Patio there is a constant drip coming from the cutter system which makes sitting outside not very relaxing. The large sleeper/couch is not very comfortable for watching TV however it was doable.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We got in late in the evening and we had no issues getting on the island or getting in the unit. Everything was as advertised or better and we had a great experience at Fripp and the Beaufort area as a whole. Easy access to the beach right out the back door. Deer in the back area every night. Hosts were very friendly and communicative throughout the process. We will not hesitate to come back. Thank you!
