Spacious Year Round Condo Retreat to the White Mountains

This property was the perfect spot for a winter vacation for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed the big open space in the back and had a great time sledding down the hill. We enjoyed visiting nearby attractions such as the Mt.Washington cog and Diana’s baths. Would love to come back.

Amazing, clean and perfect location for hiking Mt Washington, only 20 minutes to Pinkham Notch. What a great place to stay for the family at an affordable rate. Everything was as advertised. Absolutely cant wait to go back !

Large very clean condo & pictures accurate. Location is perfect for exploring North Conway , quiet & a great place for walking. Would highly recommend. Also stop for dinner at Mae Kelly’s right down Rt 16- wonderful & great atmosphere.

Check in was super easy! Condo complex is quiet and unit was just as described. This is one of the cleanest units we have stayed in! A/C units worked well for us as it was very hot during our stay. Condo is nicely appointed with all you would need including strong wifi. They even leave ice tray full so you have ice cubes. Choice of drip or Keurig coffee machines. Furnishings were up to date and comfy. Linens were high quality and the bathroom towels were so soft! This is a first floor end unit which was great! The pool area was clean and has lounge chairs as well as tables with chairs to sit in. The pool was clean and in great condition. The pool is a short drive down the hill or you can walk. I highly recommend this unit! We will definitely come back!

Our stay was wonderful. Condo is very very clean. Perfect location and very quiet. This was my 2nd time staying in this unit. We will be back.

This condo was a wonderful rental for my mom, 2 daughters (toddler and preteen) and I. We were up to visit Story Land primarily, which was right down the road. We also enjoyed Echo Lake State Park and the downtown area. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. Mary was easy to get a hold of and she answered my questions before booking and during our visit in a timely fashion. The guide book in the condo was not really helpful as it seemed to contain older information and did not tell the location/hours of the pool or any helpful information/tips for the area. There was really no space to hang clothes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is our third time staying here. Why ruin a good thing. It’s perfect for me, my husband and daughter. Very clean and comfy. Really like mattress and bedding in master bedroom. Never going to a hotel again!!

I stayed at this condo with my wife and two young kids (3 yr and 1 yr old) and it was wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Kitchen had everything you could need, there was a gas grill, and the living room had a comfortable couch with some games and streaming TV services. The beds were comfortable and had plenty space as well. We stayed on a pretty hot/humid weekend and the two AC units did a great job at keeping the condo cool. There is also a wood burning stove for those staying in the winter. The outdoor space was great, a wonderful outdoor couch before a large grassy area for the kids to play on. The pool was a short walk down the hill, about a 5 minute walk or 30 second drive. The location as awesome in a condo community set back from the main road of route 16. The pool and tennis courts were quiet, the other people we met there were very friendly. Its less then two miles to zebs and the train station in downtown north conway and about 10-15 minutes to story land. Mary was very responsive when I had a couple questions before our trip. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to North Conway whether thats for skiing in the winter or story land in the summer!

We enjoyed the condo very much. As soon as we entered the front door, my two grandsons, headed directly for the bunkbed room. They loved that they had different options of bunkbeds to sleep in. The kitchen was well stocked and ready for us to cook our two meals and our two breakfasts there. Was very very close to all of the activities that we had planned and we loved it.
