Spacious Waterfront Condo on Lake Conroe

The condo was great and very pet-friendly. It's located in a nice, quiet area on the lake, at least in November. The host provided simple, clear directions for getting to the condo and checking out of the condo. Would certainly consider staying again!

This condo was perfect for our family of five, with a bed to spare! The host Jeff was very kind and flexible. Would highly recommend!!The view of the lake was just perfect, sitting outside watching the golf, driving range and boats pass on the lake was very fun. The whole stay was relaxing.

We stayed for the entire month of July. My wife has some back issues so access in and out of the property was very accommodating. Love the location. It was very near a marina where I stored boat for the entire month. We also booked it again for next year. PS. We also found out the best fishing on the lake was right at our back door.

The owner even decorated for the holidays! Beautifully decorated and new appliances! WiFi was strong and the sunrise and sunsets were spectacular on the water out our windows!! We will be back this summer!! Thank you!

Our family of 6 adults had plenty of room in this townhouse and loved walking right out to fish or float in the lake. The house could use some tlc. A hand towel rack fell off the wall and a good powerwashing would do wonders for the small patio. Cockroaches are standard in Texas -- we saw 4-6 -- but the house is probably due an exterminator visit. No dishwasher detergent was provided and no toilet paper or paper towels beyond the one roll upon arrival. Finally, departure instructions told us to leave sheets on the floor but comforters on the bed, which tells me the comforters are likely not laundered between guests.

We liked the Texas vibe of this house and having the lake just steps away from the patio. The beds were comfortable, and it was perfect for our family, although we had to keep a close eye on our toddler granddaughter because of the stairs. Only two complaints. The supplies of paper towels and toilet paper were frugal, and there were no Kleenex or dishwasher pods at all. The other thing to be aware of is that the map on VRBO locates this house in April Point North, but it is really in April Point South. Not a big deal for most people, but we had expected to be closer to our extended family in April Point North and didn't find out until a few days before we arrived. Overall, we would recommend this house as a good place to stay in April Sound.

The place was perfect for us! House was very clean and roomy! We loved it so much my family was disappointed we were leaving and wanted to stay there longer! Forsure would look to stay here again! Thank you!

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks. The property was clean and tastefully decorated. The boys enjoyed fishing right off the back porch. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for boating. There is a salt mine for kids down the road which our boys really enjoyed. There are several restaurants within a couple of miles. The only downside was the shower was too intense. Al in all a nice place to unwind

We really enjoyed our stay this is an amazing property and the location is beautiful. It’s so quiet and relaxing yet it’s very close to everything you could possibly want. Shopping, restaurants and more… We spent 2 months and enjoyed every minute. The condo is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The host very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!
