Spacious, Two Bedroom Condo at the Center of the Crystal Coast

Wonderful space! We had a great time!

Condo was clean and as listed. Great communication with owner.

We only stayed here for 3 nights in October. It rained the whole time but we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great and instructions for check in and check out were clear. It is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Access to the beach was easy. The place was clean and the host was easily reachable for questions or concerns. This was our second stay and we will come back again. Just love the area of the beach and the condo unit.

This was our second time staying at the property, and we have thoroughly enjoyed it both times! The location can't be beat and the amenities are nice. We used the pool and yard games on the property every day. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

This was my second stay at this condo. We have always loved this location. Our family has been coming here for over 20 years. Will probably return in summers to come! Hurricane Erin added a bit of edge to our stay. The waves were amazing!

This condo had everything we could have wanted. The kids had their own bathroom, and the whole place was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, with all of the appliances in good working order. The kids loved being able to switch back-and-forth between the beach and the pool. The beach was literally just down a flight of stairs at the end of the walkway. We could hardly ask for a better home base for our vacation. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Salter Path was everything we hoped for and more! The property exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for. The private beach access was the icing on the cake—so easy, peaceful, and perfect for our family to enjoy without the crowds. We felt like we had our own little coastal retreat. Highly recommend and hope to return again soon!

Great stay and great beach.

Great complex with several amenities right on the beach. Pool, hot tub, ping pong and lawn games. The condo was clean and spacious. Note that you need to make the beds upon arrival and even for weekend stays, bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc.

Very spacious living room and kitchen! Beach access was great and the pool was a hit. We also enjoyed the covered porch. I would have given 5 stars, however, I was not expecting to have to prepare the place. I have never had to make a bed for a vrbo stay. After unpacking we had to make all of the beds. I also knew that we would have to make a grocery run but the place did not even have a roll of toilet paper, a single trash bag, or salt and pepper. Again, I knew that we would have to purchase supplies but I felt like the property could have provided minor essentials.

It was good but there are some things I want to let you know. We changed the battery of fire alarm as it was beeping. Also we found some cockroaches in the kitchen.

Owner was great and property was perfec! Enjoyed our stay!

Our friends were getting married near by and this rental provided the perfect location to easily enjoy the weekend. Amazing property and great host. I would stay here again.

Mid October was a great time to stay at this lovely condo. The complex is on the beach, so it is a quick walk to reach the beach. The condo is very spacious. One note of preparation, bring everything to stock your space, as this operates more like a weekly beach house rental. We had to make a stop out for extra supplies, like toilet paper and dish soap.

Property is clean and so convenient to the beach. We have stayed here before and hope we can return again.

We had one of our best family vacations here. It was the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything you need for a great stay - plenty of things you don’t think of until you don’t have it in other places, like lots of hooks for towels, plenty of kitchen tools down to chip clips and leftover containers. The living area was so spacious. The showers were clean. The carpet was soft. The beds were comfortable. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The resort itself was so relaxing - perfect sized pool plus hot tub. I appreciated the no smoking/vaping policy throughout the entire place. Very very kid friendly. Close to everything we like to do in Emerald. We will be back!

Our family has rented units here for many years. The last time was probably more than 20 years ago. We have always enjoyed the location and friendliness of the property managers. My family is large so we rented 5 different units. My unit was one of the best. I will definitely stay here again. Hope to return next year!

We were so excited when we opened the door! The condo was awesome! So clean, comfortable and easy to get to! It had everything you needed. The beach, that was just steps away, was private to the area residents. So relaxing and restful. Would definitely recommend!!
