Oceanfront Gem: Pools/Hot Tub, Beach and Beyond

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and provided thorough information about both the property and the local area before our arrival. The condo itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the breathtaking views, with vibrant sunrises and sunsets right from the property. We would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a Nick Sabin experience - arriving 2 mins early and couldn’t get into the room until exactly 3 pm. The host was very responsive.

This condo was perfect in every way. The location was great and we loved sitting on the balcony every morning drinking coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. Owners were great with communication and we had everything we needed for our 5 days at this condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The beach is beautiful.The check-in process easy. Our room was not as clean as I would have liked and I felt like it needed some small improvements.

The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals, and the bedding was fabulous, ensuring a restful night's sleep.However, the highlight for us was undoubtedly the breathtaking view. We couldn't ask for more for an amazing beach vacation. The condo was decorated beautifully, was well appointed with everything we needed and was extremely clean and well maintained (and I'm very picky). The views were gorgeous. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning drinking our coffee and listening to the ocean. We felt tucked away but close to everything. The owners, Greg & Laura, responded quickly to any questions we had. Communication through email provided us with all the information we needed for our trip. We loved our visit to Indian Beach and Emerald Isle and can't wait to go back. We plan to book again and are so happy we found this place. It really was the perfect place to stay at the beach!

Execellent experience.I would consider coming again

This condo was in a perfect location with a beautiful ocean view for our family’s beach vacation. It was close to both Emerald Isle and Beaufort. The view was perfect each morning and to end each day. We saw dolphins from the balcony, and you could hear the sound of the waves even with the doors closed. Wonderful stay!

My wife and I loved the view from the balcony, the easy access to the beach and all the amenities of this property. When we wanted to extend our stay and extra day Laura and Greg.responded immediately to our request. We would definitely recommend this property and give it an Excellent Rating

We had such a great 6 days. We'll be back!Big pluses: So thankful for an elevator! Very convenient anyone who has lower immobility. Greg's communication is over-and-above great. The pool was closed for repairs, but Greg let us know ahead of time and we spent every day in the hot pool anyway. Fantastic kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need. The porch is so lovely with a wide ocean view. Easy parking. Perfect for couples, families, and long or short getaways. Minor minuses: The mattresses and pillows aren't great. The kitchen chairs could use comfortable chair pads. But, overall, we were very happy and had a lovely time. We're already planning on coming back next year.

Loved this property - we traveled with our girls (8,6 and 4 years old) - very easy to unload our things and quick proximity to the pool and quick beach access. The waterfront view from the balcony was beautiful. Many restaurants close by and the condo was very well stocked, very clean and the owners were great to communicate with. We hope to return someday - thanks for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Greg and Laura's communications were informative and helpful, and the property's website was amazing - it included everything we needed to know for our stay. We didn't use the sound-side pool, but the beach-side pool was a great alternative to the beach. Both the pool and beach were easy to access. We also appreciated the bell hop carts located near the elevator, which made unloading/loading so much easier.

This was a wonderful venue to spend the week. There were four of us -- one child and three adults. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and flatware. The balcony looking out over the ocean was a great size with comfortable furniture. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Beach chairs provided were in good condition. Only downside is limited storage, but we tend to overpack for our trips.
