    It is not updated. On the contrary it needs sprucing up. No pictures on the walls, limited furniture, very few hangers in the closets, no pool towels, the patio sliding door is extremely difficult to open, the blinds are cheap and break easily, the kitchen lacks essentials like a cheese grater. It was clean.

    It was good. It could use a new shower curtain because it was ripped and old. Could use a little upgrading with decor with some nicer throw pillows on the couch. The owner did come through with fixing the tv. All in all we had no issues.

    It was really comfortable to sleep in the beds that were provided. Everyone had excellent night sleep. The only issue I need to pass on is that guest toilet has a very severe leak. With St. George being in a drought situation, this toilet needs to be addressed and corrected.

    Overall, it was a good location and provided us with most of what we needed for our short trip. A few things that were inconvenient but not the end of the world--the toilets were very low to the ground, which was difficult for people like us who are tall. There was no iron/ironing board. There was no designated parking lot. The condo itself was quite rundown and had seen a lot of wear and tear. It's definitely in need of some upkeep and renovation. The sliding door off the dining room was almost impossible to open and close. It needs to be replaced. The lighting was very dim and dark in most rooms as well. The toilet across from the guest bedroom had a continuous draining sound. The bed sheets were very starched, dry, and not soft on the skin. They definitely need fabric softener. We did appreciated the easy access to the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the Hulu access on the TVs. The updated kitchen appliances were nice as well. The living room couch was comfortable.

    This place was absolutely amazing! The kids had an absolute blast splashing around in the pool—it was definitely the highlight of our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

    The location is nice and central to great places to eat, easy access to highway, and nice amenities. Drawback: the slider door takes a lot of muscle to open. Hall toilet tends to run after flushing, so have to tackle that issue. And the kitchen knives are super dull, recommend you bring your own. Overall, nice place.

    The condo was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owner was communicative and provided instructions for the use of the property that were helpful and easily understood. I definitely recommend this property.
