Spacious resort condo with gorgeous views of Lake LBJ & central AC

Condo is very spacious with a great view. It had everything we needed, very comfortable. The entrance to the parking garage was marked 96 not 98. It took us longer to find it since the host did not tell us to look for 96. They did tell us to pull to the second #35 parking spot, but not that.

The view was beautiful

The room was not cleaned very good, and the LBJ MARINA no longer rents jet skis, so that needs to be changed in the amenities. And with the construction going on, no pool, access to the Marina pool should be allowed

It was a very nice time, all went well....Condo was great just would of been better if it had twin beds in the 3rd bedroomAlso and a queen in the second bedroom/ Also I did call in to you that there was only 1 pool pass...so please don't think that we lost one... this was our 5th time using you for Horseshoe Bay.

The location was great and awesome lake views, however, the place needs to be updated. The furniture is not in good shape, especially the deck furnishings. The wicker outdoor furniture is falling apart and is in terrible shape. It was a shame because the views are beautiful but you don’t feel like you can enjoy them sitting on the deck b/c of the poor quality deck furnishings. The table was ok but the cushions are uncomfortable as they don’t fit the chairs and way too many pillows trying toCover up the poor quality furniture. The deck was also very dirty when we arrived with spider webs and dust on the furniture so we complained and they were very quick to come over and clean it up which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was fine and we did get a good price b/c we stayed during the week but I would have been even more disappointed if we would have paid normal rates due to the above mentioned issues. Just beware. Others complained about the beds not being comfortable but we found them to be fine and so no complaints there. Would not stay there again though.

Beautiful area all around, very clean and well maintained. The view was out of this world. Beds and furniture comfortable and up to date. The only thing is the code key getting in the front door was crazy, very frustrating. We had a great timewould love to stay again.

Nice 3-bedroom condo. We only used the master bedroom which had a very comfortable bed with a very nice lake view. Stayed on the large patio a lot which has the same lake view. We used the pool and the hot tub which were nice and not crowded. We went to one of the restaurants that was easily walkable from the condo for a couple of meals. The condo also came with a nice, covered parking spot close to the elevator.Would not hesitate to return.

The place was full of dust

Pros: Spacious 3 bd/2 bath, just the right size for us, no cramped quarters here. Highlight of the property is the large balcony with lake view. So relaxing. Beautiful slate floor upgrade on balcony, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. Condo interior has lovely tasteful decor and furniture. Cons: Non-responsive springs on right end of sofa; baseboards need dusting throughout; cobwebs containing bugs to the right of back door; food crumbs in silverware drawer. We felt the pros far outweighed the cons. So we were fine throughout our stay. But the review asked for both pros and cons so we tried to give it a thorough eval. Looking forward to returning!

The condo was very nice and the view was beautiful!!

This was our second stay in two months. It continues to be our perfect spot for a sisters’ getaway weekend. Felt like coming back home.

Had a small family gathering and this was the perfect location. My family was pleased with the accommodations and the view was great.

The unit is spotless, came with more than we anticipated….dishwashing pod, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee maker, blender. The patio and lake view are wonderful, it’s super close to the resort, the only place that you can eat that’s open to the public is the waterfront Grill, which is literally a three minute walk, we had a Pickleball tournament at the resort and was a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time!! The condo was well stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, washer detergent, coffee, etc. It was clean, homey, and a beautiful view of the lake. It’s a perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning.

Great views and locations

The waterfront view is amazing! The spacious condo was excellent for our family. We loved the decor and the furnishings. We would definitely stay again. Very convenient location, beautiful!
