Perfect for our 3 night stay.

This property was exactly what we needed for our 34 day stay in St Louis. It was just like the description that was posted, the host could have not been more accommodating and a really nice couple. I would highly recommend this for a short stay or a long stay like ours. I know we will try to get it the next time we need a stay in St Louis.

This house was very quiet, clean, and the location was perfect for what I needed to accomplish. I had to bring my dog as my dog sitter was booked. It was dog friendly. I would rebook! Kelly

A great area, good communication, and a very cozy unit! Also was very grateful for a space to have the pup and easy access to an area for walking.

This was our second time staying at this property, and once again it was a great experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.We enjoyed our stay just as much the second time around and would absolutely stay here again in the future. This is our go to place when we visit St. Louis. The location is perfect for getting to and from just about anywhere. The neighborhood is lovely for walks. The house is simple and clean.

This house was the perfect place for my four night stay in St. Louis. The place was immaculate, bed comfy, and towels fluffy. I’m a nervous Nelly about street parking but this was as easy as could be -always plenty of space right in front of the house. The house was in a fabulous neighborhood near a beautiful park and a Target. It was far enough to be outside of the bustle of the city, but close enough for a 15 minute ride to the Gateway Arch and other tourist sites. Connor was a wonderful host. He was super fast with communications and very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cozy house in a safe, quiet neighborhood to come home to after a day exploring St. Louis.

Had plenty of contact with host via app prior to arriving and afterward. Unit was very clean.

The host was kind and communicative, checking in via message once during the stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the street parking was always free. The only thing that took me off guard was hearing the other side of the duplex- its pretty clear in the bedroom. Not annoyingly so, but just caught me off guard.

As others have mentioned, this duplex is just as it is presented. It’s clean and welcoming. We did not meet Connor, but he was readily available via the VRBO emails. We brought our little dog, and I felt very comfortable walking her around the block, in the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

This apartment is in a nice neighborhood, felt very safe. It may seem minor to some, but there was plenty of lighting inside the apartment. Some places use 25w bulbs. There's a dresser, nightstands with drawers, and a closet with hangers. So plenty of space for clothing...important to me when I'm staying for more than a couple of days. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking...pots, pans, measuring cups and spoons, cooking utensils, etc. There's even an utility drawer with scissors, stapler, pens, clips for snack bags. There's plenty of towels for the bathroom.

Host was great, the property was also very clean and well taken cared of. Will definitely book again next time im in town.

Perfect for us. Laundry available, easy access, clean.Pros- close to everything we needed - Francis Park less than block awayCons- for some the lack of a dishwasher might be an issue. It wasn’t for us.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The home itself was charming, the neighborhood was very friendly, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. The photos don't lie it's a little slice of heaven nestled in St. Louis. Connor went above and beyond to make our trip seamless he checked in with us on our way into town, personally introduced himself shortly after we arrived, and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. Everything about this experience was smooth, welcoming, and exceeded our expectations. We had never stayed with Vrbo, didn't know what to expected but honestly anything you moght need was available just like you were at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is lovely. Conner is a great host. He is very responsive to messages. The apartment is clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom, all appliances work well. I knew there was a washer and dryer in the basement but I was pleasantly surprised that there was laundry detergent and even stain remover spray. Plenty of viewing options on the TV. The neighborhood is very safe. I definitely would like staying here again.

We come to St. Louis for ballgames mostly and find this place to be perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and host responsiveness. Conner even stopped in the middle of his workday to help us get logged into our YouTube TV account.The light does come in thru the bedroom curtains and blinds so if you need total darkness to sleep, might not be your place.The street parking is not a problem at all. And the neighborhood is perfect for taking a walk. Of course, a nice park is nearby too. As is the Botanical Gardens. The Hill for good food is easy to get to. We will stay again if we can.

Safe neighborhood with fabulous park nearby. Connor was wonderful and responsive and funny. Beautifully appointed home with a hint of Old St Louis. This will be my first choice every time I visit!

The stay here was nice and comfortable. The neighbors were quiet. Conveniently located to our office in Maplewood.

It's a nice property in a great neighborhood. I recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask for sleeping though. You can hear cars going by and the walls between the units have zero insulation, so we could hear the dog next door walking around on the hardwood, like it was in the same room with is. Also, there aren't room darkening curtains, so the morning light was an issue (but I am very light sensitive).same room

The duplex is in a nice area with easy access to several St Louis attractions which made it easy to cram several activities into the 3 1/2 days we were in town. The house was nice and clean. Our only (and minor) issue is that it sits off a busy road so we could hear early-morning traffic from the bedroom during the week. The host was very responsive to any questions and was kind enough to let us keep our bikes in the basement.
