Spacious Oceanview Condo w/ Elevator, 3 Decks, Easy Beach Access & Prime Carolina Beach Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very spacious!. The master bedroom is huge! We spent a lot of time on the balconies. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub. The house had everything we needed and more. It is very close to the boardwalk, so you can walk to everything. iTrip was very fast to respond when we had issues with the elevator on the first day. A representative came out and fixed our issue within an hour of when I reported it.

Great place to stay. Clean and perfect for a big group. The elevator comes in handy for hauling. We would stay again.

Great location! The place could use some new pillows and beach chairs but otherwise very comfortable stay.

We had another lovely stay at Blue Heron Nest! We love coming and seeing the view and having enough room for us all to relax and do puzzles andd watch movies or play games. The weather did not damper our trip because of this location!

Great place! Easy walk to attractions, the beach, and plenty of food options. Great view of the fireworks on Thursdays and not too noisy despite the central location. We had all the dishes and cooking implements to cook most nights. Everything was clean and in working order. Great choice if you need the space and location!

What a wonderful place to spend time! It’s a beautiful condo and so close to the public access. Three decks to sit on, huge family area, wonderful bedrooms…just a fantastic place and a fantastic place to get away!

This top floor condo was exactly what we needed for our party of eight. It was not only spacious and beautifully decorated it was very clean. The beach access is close by and convenient. The only issue would be walking up steps if you have older guests in your party. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommended it to families.

This was our 2nd year booking Blue Heron Nest for our family vacation. It's perfect- close proximity to the boardwalk and those delicious Britts donuts, and a very short walk to the beach access. We even walked to Publix this year (rather than driving when we needed items); it's about a mile away. We are already making plans for next year's stay!

My family stayed at the Blue Heron for 5 days in June, and it was fantastic! Most days it was just my wife and I and our two kids (14,9), but my nephew, sister-in-law and her husband joined a couple days as well. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk are unbeatable, we were able to just park the car and walk everywhere (except to get groceries from Publix, which is only 5 minutes away). Plenty of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, beach rental companies, gift shops, etc all within walking distance. The views from the 3 balconies were amazing, we spent a lot of time out there just chilling. And the condo itself is gigantic, more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, or to congregate together for meals or just to hang out. Check-in and communication with the owners was a breeze. We had a couple minor issues (i.e. an active wasp nest on one of the balconies) but they responded quickly and took care of everything very promptly. The welcome kit (in email and also in a binder upon arrival) was very thorough and helpful, parking and parking passes were simple. There is an elevator - but it's more like a small service elevator, which came through in the clutch for putting all of our luggage and groceries on (lifesaver!), but I wouldn't recommend putting people on it, so be prepared to traverse the 3 flights of stairs each time you leave/return to the condo. Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing their age, but no major concerns there. The AC was perfect, and was luxurious to come back to when the heat index was well over 100 most of the days we were there. Speaking of luxury, the jetted tub in the master suite was quite the treat as well. Overall - we were very happy with this unit, it checked all of the boxes - location, views, space, comfort- and truly felt like a vacation.

Beautiful place - great location!

Finding the unit was difficult at first no true signage designating “blue Herron” the location is very close to the beach and quiet. It was on the third floor and there was warnings about using the elevator and if it broke it was 350 so we avoided even attempting to use it. The unit itself could use some updating for the price paid. The couch is in poor condition the kitchen table is hanging in by a thread. The master bedroom is very large in size. Lots of windows and balconies.

The property is hands down awesome!!! The location is perfect for walking to everything on the boardwalk. This home has ample space for 6 people and not feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking if you plan to stay for a long trip. The two front patios have great views, and the master patio was great for sunsets! Will definitely rent again!!

My family and I had a very great time! It was our first time at a beach house and we plan to do it again! There were some issues with the bathroom shower door and it was addressed in a timely manner. All and all we enjoyed our time even though we had to cut our trip short because of tropical storm Debbie. The only suggestion I would make is to add blinds on the sliding glass doors and windows facing the beach for privacy at night.

We had several groups of families with kids of all ages. Blue Heron Nest could not have been more convenient and accommodating!

Several friends of mine stayed for a long weekend in late July. The condo is lovely and spacious. We enjoyed the outside decks, and the two parking spots were great. The location can't be beat - it's steps away from the beach and nightlife. I would stay here again.

This place was amazing! It was a very short walk to the beach and very spacious. I booked for 8 people and we were very comfortable. It was very clean and put together. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of our belongings. The hosts were amazing with communication and got back to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a 5/5 stay! The only thing I will say is we had to walk up all the stairs to get to the condo, not particularly bad for me and my group ( we were able to get in some exercise) but I would recommend double checking with hosts about the elevators for people who are handicapped.

We just finished our stay at Blue Heron Nest and wish we could stay forever. Everything was just as described and there was plenty of room for our party of 8 adults ( 2 had to sleep on bunk beds, but they're 18, so no big deal). The location was perfect- very short walk to the beach and the pier. We only had to get in the care when we needed to go to Publix. Comfy beds. Huge house with ocean views. Super responsive owners/management. I really can't say enough good things.
