Wonderful location with beautiful grounds!

The property itself and location is great. We had a great time at the beach and sharing the fire pit area with the other renters. However, we had a few issues with the amenities and communication with management. We notified them we would be arriving late as our plane was delayed and they seemed accommodating at first. When we arrived and had issues with the keypad, there was no emergency line we could find and were beginning to think we would be sleeping in our car. The phone line goes to a recorded message instructing to text or email so we did both and never heard back until 12 hours later. Their arrival instructions to touch the keypad to wake it up are not entirely accurate. We had to cover the entire thing with our whole hand in order to get it to work. Giving renters the back up code for the physical key up front or some kind of emergency line would be helpful. Be aware that self-catering means only 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 dishwasher pods. No hand soap in the bathroom. If you're staying for any length of time, be prepared to buy your own. No skillets. Only a few pots, which were fun to try to cook eggs in. Fire pit available, but no lighter or matches. No outdoor cooler as advertised that we could find so had to buy one. Unit 9 is right by the road so expect some road noise. The parking lot is very small and we returned one day to one of the cleaning ladies parked in our spot. Again, overall this is a great property in a good location, but some improvements could be made.

Easy access to everything. Beach was a short walk, restaurants and stores are a short drive. The house was very nice and clean and had really good accomodations to make things easier, Perfect for our family of 4. Will return again in the future.

We had a fabulous vacation. Love all the amenities. We will for sure be back and probably stay in the one bedroom oceanfront building. My only suggestions would be a keurig for the kitchen and maybe a cheap fan to drown out the noisy cars!! Loved the sunsets, loved riding the bikes. Celebrated my daughters sweet sixteen during spring break. Made some great memories. Thank you !!

We were in town for our daughter's beach wedding. We had other family members at this location and it was great! We had a lovely time. Very close to the beach and your own private beach for the building. The adirondak chairs and fire pit are awesome, along with the paddle boards and kayaks provided. The only suggestion I would have is to fix the microwave door and the mattress in the front bedroom needs to be replaced.

Very cute, clean updated cottage. We loved everything about our stay. We hope to return and stay in the larger beachfront unit the next time.

The listing is very accurate, my only complaint was that the rug was so disgusting we didn’t want to walk on it. The beds we comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us.
